We had a decent thread a while back discussing Evatt’s philosophies and approach to the game (think it got tainted and pulled)

So not a bad time to start it up again at the beginning of the season.

In the main he’s done a fantastic job. A minority lost patience round about Xmas/New Year in both seasons. 

But surely now he has the large backing of the majority of fans and the brand he talked about implementing here is now well and truly established.

Good article above highlighting how he’s using Sport Science to get the squad performing to it’s optimum level.

A young, meticulous, intelligent and passionate individual, who we are very lucky to have leading our club.

I hope he gets what he deserves with promotion to the Championship.

If we play good football in the process of winning football matches then great but at the same time, I’m just as happy seeing us face 25 shots but coming away with a 1-0 win. All I want is too see us win games and I’m pretty sure that’s what most wanderers fans want

Let’s be fair. Allardyce was a walking job advert at the end. Very nearly went to Sunderland a year earlier. Not all on the fans.

I think Auntie Sharon will back him forever. The Swiss investors may have other ideas tho. 

This league is so ridiculously condensed we could carry on this habit of 3-4 flat track bully results then a big game stinker for months and still be in the play off mix, insulating Evatt from us being in the bottom half and miles off the pace, and giving Sharon justification for not doing something she wouldn't appear keen to do.
