I put sellotape on the corners of my eyes for my Chinese/korean clients. Obviously. They love that.

Tha Pakistani lads I deal with, well there’s so much to go at there that it tends to vary but their favourite is when I open the meeting by asking them if they’ve managed not to rape any young white girls since we last met.

amazingly, these people still want to deal with me and we even exchange gifts at the various religious festivals throughout the year.

It's a fine line admittedly - but I think that the working classes of all races have tended to use humour to de-escalate tensions that naturally arise. Used appropriately (as I'm sure Spider is) and it's a useful pressure valve. We lose that ability to laugh with one another at our peril.

I don't really think we should be telling other people how to interact with their friends and colleagues of different nationalities or backgrounds (providing they're not openly hostile).
