  1. In my opinion and it's just an opinion, we're a smaller club than Sheff Weds(not much) same size as Derby County, bigger than Ipswich and Pompey. What we might lack in attendances to others, we make up in years in the top flight, all time league table positioning, major trophies, recent relevancy in the Premier League and also factoring in our geography, being on the doorstep of the some of the world's largest football clubs. I also think little touches like being one of the founding members, scoring the first English league goal and winning the first major final at the Old Wembley in the biggest football crowd of all time are little bonuses that the others don't have. We're almighty powerhouse of a club, spanning nearly 150 years and deeply embedded into English football history. We can all be very proud to support this great club.

  3. Yet keeping "talking" about it hasn't stopped it neither. Talk is cheap and meaningless if not backed up with positive, sensible actions and/or is seen as discriminatory in its own right. Something which the kick it out campaign had succeeded in doing. Got worse and more divided since.

  4. Do you know how much the Kick It Out campaign is funded? Taking the knee has given that underfunded charity triple their usual annual money. Sorry, I know its tough when facts hit your reality, but thems the facts Percy Grower, so maybe look outside of your growbag of Bolton.

  5. Aye, Luton fans turned up on the Lever End wearing war paint & for Bolton's next game, i think, away at York , a lot of Bolton fans wore war paint. It didn't catch on. & when Luton fans appeared at the top of the steps in the corner of the Lever End in war paint & i think a couple of darts were thrown there was quite an initial surprise but Bolton quickly bailed into them & they were cleared out well before half time. I don't know where they went, it would be tricky blending in anywhere wearing war paint & nobody could find them later.....maybe they went straight back to the station. & the other thing i remember from Luton was that it was one where we had to stand on the open end in our socks because the police made us take our boots off !!

  9. Very conservatively put. They're peas on a barrel compared with Bolton.

  17. I'm sure Francis Drake's using gangs to attack Gerard Winstaley's Diggers and the possible use of the Army also stuck in the craw a little. We whose names are subscribed, do in the name of all the poor oppressed people in England, declare unto you, that call your selves Lords of Manors, and Lords of the Land, That in regard the King of Righteousness, our Maker, hath inlightened our hearts so far, as to see, That the earth was not made purposely for you, to be Lords of it, and we to be your Slaves, Servants, and Beggers; but it was made to be a common Livelihood to all, without respect of persons. 18. Was it Newport away when it appeared he had a bet on himself not to score? Anyway, that aside, he's our best midfielder by a country mile and it's clear why he's played most of his career in the Championship. Obviously he has some fitness issues, but if he didn't he'd still be playing in the Championship. When fully fit he's a guaranteed starter.

  20. They only have to declare the ticket value. Any revenue raised from hospitality stays with the home club. Eg: Hospitality package is £40 but it would have cost £10 admission so home club keeps £30.

  21. They are owned by Bauer media so it will be the same playlist as the rest of Bauer - Fleetwood Mac, The Killers, REM and all the other artists/labels that they’ve got at a discount. Same playlist on repeat no matter which one you tune in to
