Wouldn't happen in the North Bury JFL. The old farts on the committee would have fined Moses Gate ?10 and be done with it. Fines, Fines, Fines - thats their answer to everything

Two nights with friends in The Mumbles could be the highlight of the weekend. Draw is the best we can hope for and to do that we need to be the first to score there as I can't see us keeping a clean sheet for the rest of the season. 2-2 Prat and Pet

Spot on Cas. He's out of the game now and is trying to make out he's some kind of whistleblower. He's made a documentary that he's trying to get C4 Dispatches and Sky's version into a bidding auction on. He hit money worries after a joint property deal in London with Big Sam went tits up, that they entered into after the Lucas Neil transfer from Blackburn to West Ham, which Harrison made a mint on.

Right then, watched the highlights last night, I can't recall from Sunday just how on top they showed we were prior to Stoke's first goal. If a penalty had been given for that strangle of Davies then who knows! ...is that me coming out the other side of post Wembley depression? Positive and onwards. COYWM

Good job the voting was done before Sunday, otherwise surely its got to be players who weren't in the squad: 1st Stuart Holden 2nd Danial Sturridge 3rd Ali Al Habsi 4th Riga

The second was a poor goal form Jussi's point of view but to be fair, after watching the highlights, you cant blame him for any of the other 4 and to boot he pulled off some decent saves - two blokes (one in each half) from Walters being the best.

Having finally worked up the courage to watch the semi-final highlights last night, it has added to me thoughts that a pair of full backs must be high on the list of Coyle's priorities this season. I've lost count know of the number of goals we've conceded that leaves you thinking that Steinson could have done more or better to prevent. I have him with a share of blame on Stoke's 3rd, 4th and 5th goals - the 5th was so typical of his lack of concentration this season when a cross to the back post finds Steinson AWOL with the oppostion attacker in loads of space. Robbo has done well at times this season doing a great covering job that Steinson doesn't but put under pressure on Sunday he (although not the only one!) crumbled. His hoofed clearance in the second half into centre field straight to a Stoke player was poor, not as bad as that "pass" for the first Stoke goal - watching the highlights it looks even worse - just who was that aimed at? ...therefore the a link with a fullback like Stephen Warnock is the kind of player we need this summer.

Could be a turning point Sunday. As a few have mentioned on here, and as Coyle has hinted, some players froze on Sunday and don't look able to play at the next level. He should review the tape and take careful note of those players in that camp, some of which are out of contract this summer. For me the two full backs were both found wanting. Robinson has been great this season but he's reaching the end of his top-flight career anyway, the right back has struggled all season to cope with wingers and he's out of contract this summer. Petrov was a total let down, the best bet is to not play him again this season and hope he sulks into handing in a transfer request. Elmander will leave in the summer. The biggest decision for Coyle though is in goal. Al Habsi either comes back as next season's number 1 or he moves on. Jussi has been a superb long serving club man but he is on the decline. Its a big call for Coyle to make regards next seasons first choice keeper.

That block was reserved for players family and friends. All first team squad members and staff had 25 tickets (yes I really did say 25) put aside for them but they still had to buy them at face value of ?60. Only a handful of them took anywhere near the 25 allocated tickets and thus, the many empty seats in a price bracket that was "sold" out!!

Do Wembley serve beer in glass pint pots then or is that photo in the advert a total fabrication?

Happy with 27,000. Anyone who thought we would sell 30,000+ is living in the clouds. COYWM

Another article today says that Mark Davies has taken part in full training sessions for the last two days - how physical and testing "full" training session are this week is another question I suppose. Fo me, if M Davies is fit he plays with Elmo up top with Kevin Davies but how nice it is to have so many selection issues!

United or Bolton - I think he answers that himself! 2.48 in - does he almost say "United" but manages to correct himself with "your..."??? Maybe not but you can read into it what you want!

you'll need to dig about for a post I made about a month ago where I recorded what points Elmander's goals had got us this season. You can add to the zero points column his one at Birmingham last weekend. Regulars on here know my history with Elmander but one thing I wouldn't call him is lazy. Sometimes it might be headless-chicken-stuff but he does normally put some miles in
-
They'll have nowt to play for by then
-
Nail on head. We will beat them with a better long ball or out wide.
-
And many slagged off the club for making the Reebok "ONLY" a 28,000 stadium. Its bloody pathetic that the biggest town in England is looking likely to struggle to sell 25,000 tickets. Come on you Boltonians, back the lads and get to Wembley
-
There are blocks of seats in the lower tier in the middle that don't appear on the seating plan when you go into the on-line system. I thought these were held back for use by either club who needs extra but could it be that we have ourselves decided to not put these on sale incase we don't sell out as these are the only blocks that Wembley will accept back unsold?
-
With this thread being called "Stoke Tickets" can we assume that figure you quote is about the red-and-White stripped mob?
-
Apology accepted, I got the feeling you weren't talking about Stoke tickets
-
no need for that level of aggression only passing on what the Stoke fan at work has told me having been one of the 403 queuing at the Britannia yesterday morning by the way - where you talking about how sales are going at Stoke? This is a thread entitled "Stoke Tickets" after all.
-
Stoke fans looking for a West Ham ticket stub?
-
403 queuing up at 6.00 am this morning. Sold out of the ?60 and only single seats in the ?50 price bracket left.
-
Our ticket office got to spot on by out sourcing to TicketMaster. They are the specialists and the systems we have in place have worked a treat. It helps of course that we have an equal number of tickets as the other semi finalists but the lowest number of supporters
-
That sounds about right, we've probably sold about 40% then Bolton News = glass half empty = "just over a 1/3rd sold" BWFC = glass half full = "approximately 50%"
