Maybe it's just that we here of our targets really early but we don't take such an interest in other clubs transfers so we only here of theirs in the later stages when the deal is almost done. Maybe his agent Francis Martin, works in the opposite way to Willie McKay - uses other clubs to get his client a better deal at Bolton He has already stated City were his 2nd choice, added to that his agent is a big Man City Fan, i would say he will not sign for us. I've not heard that and, he was all set to have a medical with City before he even heard about the Celtic interest, then he heard of our interest and decided to look at other options. Obviously wasn't 100% happy with City or else he would have gone ahead and signed.

Have I missed a signing because I thought we only had 1 signing. A guy that was crap last time he was in the premiership as isn't proven. Also I'm not sure he will DEFINATELY bring in 2 or 3 more, we keep getting rejected by our targets and if it keeps happening then we will start to sign out of desparation and we may get the 2 or 3 more, but they won't be the standard that we want.

I'd have Hamman any day infront of Campo. He is a far better all round player and will not make half the mistakes Campo makes. You won't get the excentricity that you do with Campo but for me that is a good point. I also think that Campo couldn't give a fcuk for Bolton and he just wants as high a wage packet he can get.

i think it would be better to get 2, maybe 3 up against someone, before we start giving players run outs. T&T could be a good one for run outs. I saw the T&T V Sweden match and T&T played really well, with 10 men aswel. I thought they looked better than Paraguay. The only reason we did'nt go on to win comfortably against Paraguay was because Sven has SH1TE tactics and he decided to go negative with 25 minutes left and leave Crouch as a lone striker with no support.

Campo is vital to the way we play. He should be the first person we tie upto a new deal. i agree it is essential to the long term future of the club we sign campo. he can be the fulcrum of the team for years to come. TBH is getting on a bit and will be put out to grass in next 2 years tops. I'm not sure if this is meant as age wise, and if it is not then I apolagise. But Ben Haim is alot younger than Campo and he will play alot more games for us. Also I rate him as one of the top defenders in the premiership, 15k a week is nothing for a lad his standard. For how good he is, the effort he puts in, and the amount of games he will play for us I would't be unhappy with us giving him 30k a week.

if you are posting someone has n't got a clue, do not make the mistake of blaming deano for missing a penalty. it was nt far enough out to be a goal kick let alone a penalty. other than that you are right, he was the biggest mistake the club has evr made, however that was colin todds fault not deanos. I was there, and I do no what i'm talking about. i know it would be a simple error but i do think mention of that incident should be banned off here it makes me sad even today. i remember looking round and 905 of people were just stood there with their hands on their heads. I agree, as a kid in Wembley all the excitement, and then to see a professional player miss such an easy chance which could have sent your team into the f.a cup final. It was one of the worst moments in my life. Didn't see us go down to the the 4th division then Too young for that.
