Nature. Everything is very green
As a result of this greenery boom which has done wonders for the plants and grass I do want, it's unfortunately also been a dream for the Horsetail on the drive and gravel path. Any ideas on how to get rid of the shite? I've pulled it out plenty of times but give it 10 days and its back. I'm thinking some sort of scorched earth tactic on the landscaped areas.

Ex Bolton still playing in championship
Shame Butterfield has found himself at that level at only 31, I assume he's declined quicker than most because of injury issues he's had. From his short loan with us and what I saw of him since that I always thought he was a very good Championship midfielder. One of the few players I've seen take a good corner from either side one with his right and one with his left.

2022 holidays
Flew to Portugal on Friday from the (I believe) recently reopened T3 at Manchester that's essentially the Ryan Air Hub of the airport it seems. What an absolute shit show. Security queue stretching all the way out to the check in desks, only 2 scanners open for an entire terminal, must have been an hour minimum to get through. The departure lounge itself was an absolute mess, maybe 5 staff in the place, queued 40 minutes at the 1 open bar for the hundreds of people in there. Tables dirty, glasses, plates, bottles everywhere. Toilets a disgrace. Was no better coming back, passport control was horrendous, queues stretching all the way up and down the arrivals gates to get to the tiny section that was taking a fucking age to get people through those electronic gates that are shite. Got to baggage claim and they were coming out like they'd been through a wood chipper. All in all, frankly, a disgrace. Holiday was ace mind, so that'll do!

Transfer Gossip
I personally find it easier looking at a squad in terms of depth charts, gives you a better idea of the cover for each position that way, obviously this is up to interpretation and hard to say without one defined system/formation, but this is how I see it currently: GK: Signing; Dixon RB/RWB: Signing; Jones CB: Jones; Signing CB: Santos; Aimson CB: Johnston; Signing; Iredale LB/LWB: John; Iredale CDM: Williams; Signing; Iredale; Thomason CM: Morley; Dempsey; Lee; Thomason CAM: Dapo; Sheehan; Lee; Sadlier RW: Sadlier; Kachunga; Bakayoko LW: Dapo; Kacunga; Sadlier ST: Charles; Kachunga; Dapo ST: Bodvarsson; Bakayoko

Transfer Gossip
Jonny Howson at Boro, out of contract this summer. 33, Payer of the Season and Captain. 10 bookings, 1 goal and 4 assists in 44 games. He's the one.

Transfer Gossip
A Kieran Lee type leader but 6ft+ that doesn't mind taking a booking and a few bruises.

This Iredale sounds to me a lot like a left sided Geth, which I'm a big fan of, can't have too many of these versatile players that give you a 7/10 minimum wherever you're playing them.

First round of the draft last night. Went as well as I could have hoped from a Jets perspective, it's very strange having to pivot mentally away from expecting us to mess these things us. 3 players in the first all considered to be Top 10 quality, can't ask for much more.

We ain't second team clobber. Doesn't sit right with me that sort of behaviour.

Dapo Afolayan
I think Sheehan is right up there with Morley as our most technical/talented midfield players. I'd say with a full season of Sheehan playing predominantly in the Number 10 role could see him easily get double figures, especially with the quality he has from set pieces.

Dapo Afolayan
Tidy, I'd call him. I'd say his quality stood out in a fairly poor side for the level we were at.

Johnny Depp Vs Amber Heard
The problem with this trial is all they have to do is prove that an article she wrote and had published in 2019 doesn't count as defamation. I'd say as absolutely useless as her council appear to be, they will manage to cross that threshold. In reality though Depp is using this more to publicly absolve himself, and I'd say for that reason alone it's already been successful.

Todays Games
I proper dislike that Robertson I do. Every time I watch him mouthing off it makes me wish he'd been about when SKD was bullying full backs for fun. Lad wouldn't have known what hit him.

Evatt in or out
I find myself in a strange position when it comes to Evatt that I haven't found myself in with any previous managers. In the past I've either not liked a manger and wanted him gone for good reason, or adversely I'd liked a manager long past when others' patience may have worn thin. But with Evatt I realise he's clearly the right man for the job and taking the club in a positive direction both footballing and business wise... I just can't like him. I think he's an arrogant, obnoxious and sometimes deluded prick who needs to learn to hold his tongue in certain situations. It's a proper internal dilemma I have. I do like how he ruffles Wiganers feathers though, so there's pros and cons.

Accrington H
I think the stick he gets is largely unfair. Technically I think he's one of the better players in the squad and before his injury was easily our most threatening going forward. Sure, he's a bit lightweight and has occasions where he drifts out of games but we've had far far worse play this season let alone ever.

Trafford
I've also heard the Trafford to Anderlecht rumours. But it doesn't really make much sense in terms of his development. Their current keeper is the captain and only 28 years old, I'd be very surprised if he's going there to start ahead of him.

2022 holidays
Portugal for a golf trip in a couple of weeks, thoroughly overdue as we've had it booked for 3 years now! Hoping Manchester has sorted it's shit out by then as well, we usually fly from Liverpool to Faro. I've had a quick google and it only looks like Passenger Locator Forms are needed now for entry into Portugal?

The Masters
I've gone Cantlay this time round, think he's due. Went Hatton EW as well paying out to 11, just because I like him mainly.

Waking Up From A Proper Vivid Dream.
Lucid Dreaming, I sometimes manage to find myself realising I'm dreaming and turning a usually weird as fuck experience into a relatively pleasant one. The worst ones I get are the Sleep Paralysis ones that for some reason I get semi-regularly, where you almost essentially feel awake and in your surroundings but can't move or speak no matter how hard you try and there's usually some shadowy looming figure in the room or approaching. They aren't fun.

Seeing fellow Wanderers abroad
Not worn a Bolton shirt since I was about 16 other than one of the old Prem ones I use when I'm playing 5-a-side. Always felt to me more like a thing for kids.

Seeing fellow Wanderers abroad
Let people like what they want to like. Bizarre any one gets worked up about what others get up to.

See it . Report it . Stop it .
The issue is actually what qualifies as being a dick. Throwing stuff at players? Sure get em gone if you want. Scrapping? Yeah, game has moved past it. But what else are we talking about? A brief foray onto the pitch in jubilation? A few nasty words across the segregation? There's culling a very small minority of dickheads, but there's also a large risk here of sanitising the match going experience entirely.
