Casual fans on a database. Would be amazed if he doesn’t go for it. Members will get priority after s/t I reckon

Hope there’s a loyalty schemeΒ

Nowt should trump season ticket holders (spoken like a bloke who has never been to a Papa John game) πŸ˜‰

I've not been to a Papa John in person, but I've bought tickets for all the homes. At the old blokes discount price, it seemed churlish not to, but at Β£5 for the ticket but Β£7 for the bus, plusΒ£5 for a pint it wasn't good economics.

You could have economised further…

Everyone who wants a ticket will get one.

But this panic is a reminder that we’re back on a fucking roll and I’m loving every minute. ❀️

Its probably about holding your nerve when they go on sale to ST holders and waiting for them to go on open sale or whatever.Β  If its 1 per ST, as @desperadoΒ says, that's not enough for groups to sit together so a decision is to be made whether to wait for open sale or whatever.Β  First world problems!Β

Already heard loads of people coming out the woodwork, not been to games in years and they wanna go. Think we're gonna be taking a lot down there.

For those folk doing so. Just remember...Β

There’s a facility to sort a network if you want to group season tickets..

With previous trips to Wembley/Cardiff, I had everything sorted for me and I just gave the 'leader' of our little group whatever cash he requested. Having fallen out of touch with that gang, and the fact I'm taking my own kids this time, I'm fucking clueless. Not really got an idea where to start regarding transport. Haven't even done a local Away game for about a decade. I'm assuming I'll be able to buy a tickets + travel package direct from the club?

I sorted a couple of new members out this morning. If it closed later in the day, I can only assume lots of people were trying to do the same thing.Β

Network groupings can be be done with season tickets for away games as most of us on here use when purchasing. And (as in the case of the Villa cup game at home) for the ST/Membership combinations, which allows purchase together (only 10 as @CasinoΒ points out)Β

As long as they sort the link out for new members, I still think the ST/membership (1:1) Β combination method will/should be the 1st priority tier. If we’ve 14/15k season tickets it seems a good fair method. Plenty of tickets to go round and allowing groups/families to purchase together first time of asking.

Otherwise we are into the scenario @JohnnyrottenΒ highlights where you either purchase on 2 separate occasions for your group/family or wait till 1st priority has gone - seems a bit silly to me when the first example would be risk free, promoting group/ block bookings and selling maximum tickets.Β

Assume they will sell to the members in the scheme up to this point after ST holders then maybe reopen the window to register for what’s left.Β
Β

there will still be ample if we get 40k but guessing it allows them to try and control traffic a bit easier through the website when the members window opens..Β

just a hunch of courseΒ
