Port Vale (A)

Hoping this will be my first away of the season if I can get tickets, but away capacity is less than it used to be.  We'll be in the Bycars End, the Hamil Road now occupied by Vale fans.

Not sure what capacity of Bycars is but less than Hamil Rd so not likely to be enough to satisfy demand.

£25 in home end for this game so presume same for us.

Well I was pleasantly surprised, really enjoyable atmosphere, very positive, and more evidence of normal folk than anything unsavoury.  For the record, I never suggested we had more knobheads than oth

Interesting that subs aren't being used as normal.

Hope they're not tired!

Why is Morley so poor? Apart from the one shot OT, every pass or shot has been wayward. Just not been at the races today.

Iredale sloppy back heal edge of is own box  for fucks  sake

We don’t have much on the bench experience wise

It's because the bench is so poor

No composure at all in this team, need to just slow it down, pass it about and take the sting out. Why do we do this so often?

Put on Maghoma and CMG ....oh, hang on....

Come on Bod - sort it out.

I really don't think it's that bad. Evatt isn't perhaps showing much faith though.

That will fucking do.

Big win, that. Held our composure. Well done

Bloody fantastic, 9 points this week COME ON

A huge win, not just because of their good early form but also in the circumstances of our injury troubles

Thank fuck for that

Proper test of the strength and depth of the squad so for me any sort of win would be great, and to get that we'll need to play really, really well.

I was hoping for something less stressful :)

Nerves shattered.

Great win

Well done.

Wasn't so sure about today, but that's a great result at a reasonable team.

We needed that

Superb result that.

Hope we can back it up on Tuesday.

A big 3 points is that, very big - we’d have been 12th if we’d lost and Vale would have gone 3rd.

He played a wonderful ball in the first half, split the defence onto Cogley who was brought down for a free kick. Was quiet apart from that mind.

If we've not played our best and still won then a successful day at the office.
