I couldn't work out if their disagreements are just an act, but Gallagher does look genuinely uncomfortable and irritated when he interrupts him constantly

Tbf to Gallagher, they show a piece of action Gallagher says the rules state ‘whatever’ and Boothroyd argues that is not right because he does not like the rule and then repeats himself many times.

The idea of the programme to explain the bigger decisions is fine but some weeks there is nothing that controversial and they end up discussing nothing and Boothroyd still disagrees. How can you have such a long career and know nothing about the game ?

Basically because he's a thick as mince and always had an over inflated opinion of his abilities.....happy to help.

Eni has been on every media outlet this week discussing Joey

It's borderline harassment at this point

She's one ugly looking meff.

She's a shit pundit. Has a face for the radio and can barely speak the Queens.

That's why she doesn't get more jobs on the telly.

12,000 a year are arrested for "online communications offences" (which includes electronic messages like emails, whatsapps and text messages, not just "Social Media posts"), and 90% of those cases are dropped. The ones that do get prosecuted are mostly nonces and terrorists, so I can see why Trump/Farage supporters get upset about it.

Like I said, 12000 arrested. A bit silly isn’t it, considering 90% of those cases are dropped. Complete waste of police time.

Some of these arrests and prosecutions for "online communications" include the following.

A false communications offence (Section 179 OSA 2023)
A threatening communications offence (Section 181 OSA 2023)
An offence of sending/showing flashing images electronically (sometimes known as epilepsy trolling) (Section 183 OSA 2023)
An offence of encouraging or assisting serious self-harm (Section 184 OSA 2023)
An offence of sending photographs or film of genitals (cyber-flashing) (Section 66A Sexual Offences Act 2003 [as inserted by Section 187 OSA 2023])
An offence of sharing or threatening to share intimate photographs or film (Section 66B(1)-(4) Sexual Offences Act 2003 [as inserted by Section 188 OSA 2023]) - see also Rape and Sexual Offences prosecution guidance
An offence in relation to false Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSEA) reporting to the National Crime Agency (NCA) (Section 69 OSA 2023) – this offence is not yet in force

Surely investigating the above isn't a waste of police time ?

Maybe every other country in the world is doing it wrong then and we are doing it right……90% of cases dropped. All a bit silly isn’t it.

No, we should just let nonces and terrorists send whatever they want to whoever they want, and only investigate them once they've physically done something.

Well you've said before we're the best nation on earth, maybe we're leading the way on this one as well 😉

The internet is a cesspit of grooming, child abuse, extremist content, support to self harm and horrific trolling.... the list could go..

Some countries just outright ban it - and some are rightly banning social media for children.

I'd like to see much more arrests personally. Certainly don't think it's a waste of police time investigating the above. I just think we need to stop arresting people for saying something 'offensive'. Obviously Barton crossed a line and it wasn't a wasted arrest.

I never knew Joey Barton was 12,000 people. Everyday is a school day. 🤷‍♂️

😄

He seems to think they're all arrested for saying something slightly offensive

"nurse, nurse. He's found his phone again......"
