Because cheese likes arguing on here. He’ll be gutted that Royal agrees.

Anyone still backing him is on wind up or bought a house on moron territory

So who do you want then? Who’s better that will come to us? Or are you just one of those spaccas that gets upset when things aren’t going your way? (You are)

A couple of hours I think it was.

We got battered by frigging Stockport Country today and you know what it did frustrate me, but I just laughed, turned it off and forgot about it, didn't even shock me I've seen this before with Evatt in charge these past 4 years.

I'm just sick of hearing his same voice, instantly looking to blame anybody and anything but himself, I'm just tired of it. We need change, the players need a new voice in that changing room, it's just so evident.

Another meaningless tinpot cup game and nternational break now again after a bad defeat, followed by some "reset and refocus". We then might actually win a few games against some turgid teams. But then we'll get found out against a half decent team or anyone within a 30 mile radius.

I'm just bored of it.

I said it in the match thread and I'll say it again. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"

We've played the same souless rigid style for years now. Teams have evolved and progressed and know how to play against us. Where Evatt has kept the exact same style and not shown any progression on any front.

Since Stockport last battered us 3 years ago we are no better than we are right now in League 1, despite all the time and money we have given Evatt.

Our record against local/good sides is abysmal. It hasn't changed and why should it?

I'm bored and frustrated.

I'm worried that Evatt has found himself the most secure job in football with his cushy relationship with Sharon and knows he will never find himself a better job to walk away from. And Sharon is too weak to get him sacked.

Sums up a lot of my thoughts there. I'm just fed up of what Evatt has turned us into.

Fed up of having our tummies tickled against any local rival.

Fed up of losing every big game.

Fed up of 5 at the back and no midfield.

Fed up of his excuses, blaming everyone but himself.

It's clear as day he needs moving on and we need fresh ideas. Absolutely nothing has changed over the last couple of years. We've just had a lucky run of playing all the dregs of the division to keep Evatt in a job, but the moment we start playing tougher games we lose.

😂 would like Schumacher as I’ve said before.

Also I appreciate the comment in Italian.

this is where i’m at.

Sat in bar (full of Sheff Weds fans for some reason) and watched the whole game - even with Derek Clarke.

Wasn't even shocked by the performance,

Quite simply we were just shit.

This is how bad it’s got for me. The other week my 7 year old granddaughter asked me “Grandad who’s your favourite Bolton player” and you know what I genuinely couldn’t answer her. In all the teams over all the decades I’ve watched Wanderers no matter how good or bad we were there wouldn’t be a time I couldn’t answer that question until now. That says everything about where I am right now.

Even if we make the playoffs I've no confidence we'd turn up in the crunch game.

Was saying similar to mate who is very much evatt out

He's going nowhere

We'll finish top six

If it's in the play offs we might find a way through

If we do, great, and he'll be in charge next season

If we don't, he won't

Not in the slightest. I have no beef with Royal when it comes to BWFC. Not trying to start an argument either. I just don't wet my pants and spit my dummy out every time we lose a game. Yes, today was particularly shite, but we dicked Sunderland 6-0 the season they went up. These things happen in League One. I'll leave you chaps to post the same rants you were posting 8 weeks ago, before we went on a good run and you all turned shy again. Enjoy. 👍

Remind me, what did Sunderland do after we slapped them 6-0?

Sacked their manager and got promoted. I admit, it's a fair point. But I'm sure there are other examples of clubs sacking managers after a big defeat, then plummetting down the league.

Sunderland then sacked their manager before the weekend was out, who had failed to get them promoted the season before, and brought someone else in. Who got them promoted that season. With the same players that had just lost 6-0.

Remind me again, what was your point ?

In a, wishful thinking, it obviously has to happen, kind of way. Or a, you know something others don’t and he actually has gone, kind of way?

In a trolling way

I Watched a video about "Manifesting" on Youtube and been chunnering 'Evatt out' all morning.

Not confident it'll work.

Might try Voodoo tomorrow

There's tough fixtures coming up after the international break.

If it's to be done, it has to be now.

If he's still in place ... season's over by Christmas.

  • 1 month later...

No excuses now Sharon

It's later than it should be, but given our difficulties against that club during his tenure it'd be a fitting end for him to go now

I don't think they'll pull the trigger though

no room at the inn

We go into the next window very soon. Players will arrive, players shipped out ... or may elect to go.

Do you now trust him to own that ?

The board surely can't be thinking of trusting him with more money, can they?

A new mon could look at the players this month, sort out the men from the spineless pussies and start rebuilding.

That sounds like a plan but sadly it won't happen
