But I think we agree that we would like to see things like players in their right position and some cohesive pattern of play. That actually should be a given to be frank. Changing managers is always a risk but it is getting closer.

Everyone gains experience in whatever field(s) they're in, and finding a successful one who's never been sacked may be a tad difficult. Especially one with a good record.

When Evatt was rumoured to be coming, it was all about his innovative, attractive football- Barrowcelona and all that. An up and coming young manager. He may indeed go on to have a great managerial career, if not here. Scubala is doing well at the moment, but no one knows for sure. Always a gamble. That said, I reckon most would be quite happy with him.
