Hmm, interesting that’s my view.

Things seemed to change after Christmas, I remember thinking ‘oh he’s tweaked things’  we’re playing slightly differently, less obsessed with the short pass and total possession based football and a few more longer ‘hopeful balls’ that the players didn’t know how to deal with..

Somehow the style had been altered and we never looked as composed or confident, as if the players were confused.. it wasn’t a plan B as Evatt doesn’t have one. So it could have been the influence of a coach who’s no longer at the club?

I actually can’t wait for tomorrow to see how or if anything has changed and if it looks like we are going to recover or will it become even more toxic..

I expect Evatt will not be our Manager in a fortnight but hope I’m wrong.

Aye Easter weekend for that burnley game . Me and me sister as Juves had to go in seperate turnstiles to me dad which meant we couldnt sit together in the Burnden Stand as the bricks bottles coins et al went flying back and forth . Over 10 k on which meant opening another section of terracing for the away fans.  At 16 I was loving the drama . Me younger sister spent the whole time perplexed as to why people kept throwing bananas on the pitch. 

Had the game on Roadrunner vhs, now sold after converting to DVD. 

The football was atrocious with Steve Elliott up front , Andy May being the only highlight and that after years of hssssssss anytime the ball went near the spikes on the fences , the crowd missed it when it finally happened.

Have we hit rock bottom yet? I know it seems like we have but I still get the feeling that it will be a tweaked version of the last few line ups and a similar result. Hope I'm wrong but I can't see anything other than a similar performance and a loss.

I can see it being quite subdued tbh today, unless we're getting hammered. I think there'll be a lot of folk sat waiting to see what is going to be different 

I think/hope today that i see a new dawn and a complete change in the way we set up/play.

Even Evatt wont have Baxter playing it short to Santos and Sheehan today.  I can see Williams coming in for the ineffective Schon......Starting both Sheehan and  Matete in a three man midfield alongside Thomason. Charles and Mcatee starting and Collins dropping down to the bench. Also Johnston wants reinstating to the left with Toal moving to the right

I can't see it mate. I think they're so ingrained in this formation that it would be more risky to make wholesale changes than to just stick with it and pick up a win doing what we know. 

I'm not saying that's the right approach - but I just can't see IE doing anything else?
