Can't believe he's still getting a game at this level.

Not only that but he’s still well up to it. Even at 34 he’s all over the pitch yet still seems to be in and around the box when there’s a chance about. You can’t knock the bloke though with 8 promotions on his CV and it makes you wonder whether there’d have been another for us if he’d stayed here?

Bradford squad seems to have been assembled from “players who’d like to turn us over”  - many of whom have previous with us. Apart from Humphreys and Max Power, their young midfielder Metcalfe is a born and bred Wigan lad. There’s Andy Cook ex Tranmere, Will Swan ex Vale, several former Championship players and some good big strong youngsters. And Sarcevic. Looks like a very competitive squad assembled relatively cheaply by ex Preston Graham Alexander.

We may be favourites with the bookies, but this is shaping up to be a battle and we’ll need all the weapons at our disposal. They’re going to try to stick it to us so I hope we’re going to avoid red cards and injuries.

100% availability of squad in middle of November wow what a change from previous seasons.  Vic obviously won’t play but is in full training now

in any case, we're the home team, in form, and unbeaten at home

let Bradford worry about us

I wouldn't be doing anything to change the team because of who they might playing in what position, particulary when they've not won in 5

keep a winning team/formation going and amend as necessary as the game goes on

No i cannot really go against what you are saying and what System Schumacher has played most if not all season.

We may now have a natural 10 in Dempsey.....My point was to make us a little more tight in midfield for me Sissoko is not consistent but again Forss can play wide left so again all is fine if we play the same system but with a couple of changes

Definitely be looking to start Dempsey

These guys fly forwards on turnovers. When they win the ball back, have a look at their goals. 5-6 players in and around the box.

We’re going to need legs in midfield to cope with that, but we also need players who are going to look after it. I really can’t pick a midfield for this other than Simons, plus another, plus a #10. Take your pick!

Agree with that, I'd like to see Dempsey start this one, he can be a big help in keeping pressure on by winning it back high up or at least harassing opponents as they try to get out.

I'd start Forss for the same reasons. He presses really well and Dempsey is still on the comeback from injury, save him for the last 30mins
