Just left Euston. Absolute all time away day. Going forward first half was outstanding, should have been 4 up. Second half was proper steel. @Steejay @radcliffe white @marple whites

  • One thing that has been common through this run has been the reintroduction of Forino. Whatever formation we play he is a must in most games at this level, but especially against these lesser tea

First 45 was the best we've played away all season.  Less said about the 2nd half the better.  Erhahon immense.  New lads looked good but understandably tired in the 2nd.  More conviction in our passing and shooting is needed.

It's pretty colour photos sadly.

Ffs Burstow, can nobody actually shoot in this team?

Been saying for a while that ball kicking isn't 1 of our strengths

Praying for wigan and plymouth wins now

Difficult to type that.

Never thought they would score unless ref gave them a gift . we should have made it a lot easier but all about the win been a lot of games and fatigue

Amazed at CBT there. Goodness. Apter lively too. OK, we missed chances & in the end were grateful for the 1-0.

Very impressed with the newbies & more to come.

phew.

Had to grind it out in the end, but on a decent run now to end a tough month.

Get some rest and some time on the training ground - and bedding the newbies in - and let's see what we've got.

Fair play to all involved for turning round a sticky patch pre-Wigan.

Absolute disgrace that we're only beating Wimbledon 1-0 away from home. Season over. Send them all back.

If they win today then we win too

Impressive debut games and three points on the board. It was Jekyll and Hyde from first half to second and we needed to get a further goal in the first half when were massively on top. It matters not.

This run has to continue a while yet for us to start seriously appearing in the rear view mirror of Lincoln. No margin for error... but as January turns to February we are in the hunt.

No need to dwell on the second half, we did what we needed to do.

First 20 mins of the second half we couldn’t get to grips with their change, but we were still solid at the back and didn’t buckle under pressure.

The subs gained us some control back and up to about the 85th minute we looked comfortable again. Missed a couple of chances but never looked troubled. Last 5-10 we got in a bit of a panic, made a few silly decisions but again some good blocks and last minute tackles meant we did what was needed. Forino is a game changer in that back line - my MoM today (just over Erhahon).

4 wins out of 5, 3 away clean sheets in a row and some really exciting signs for the new signings. Christmas blip well in the rear view mirror. We’re on our way to second - just need the fucking latics to do us a favour today 🤢

Sheehan and Erhahon should be the midfield pairing from now on.

Brilliant win

Different game if we scored another first half. But so many positives. What a transfer window this is turning into.

Got to handle the pressure & keep pushing on.

Schuey has proved me wrong, not afraid to adapt & change the system. Think he just needs to make subs a bit quicker at times.

Come on Wigan 💙

Results have been good in his absence.

Folk saying today's first half as good as they've seen this season.

Not sure he necessarily comes straight back in.

Certainly not in away matches.

No-nonsense. I believe Temple is of a similar ilk.

great result

building momentum at right time

forward we go

Rode our luck 2nd half, but it’s 3 points, another clean sheet. EE fantastic bossed it especially in the first half.

come on you pies.

Good win. Solid enough. Bit of noise down their left but never felt like they'd score.

Love a 1-0.

I'm hoping the attacking midfielder from Oxford will be an upgrade

EE and CBT had excellent games but Dempsey was superb

Bossed the game from the first whistle to the final.....

Was never in doubt, really....

5 games unbeaten, 4 wins & a draw, 2 goals conceded, 3 clean sheets....

SS OUT!!!!!!!!

Onwards & Upwards....

Burton 1 up v Cardiff

Not going to complain about 3 points away in t'smoke.

BUT... more goals please, we might be catching up in the points stakes but we need the goal difference upping, it could be a decider at the end and leagues usuallystack up following the GD
