Really is a big game this.

Heading to the abyss of the season this is where we really do need to make a statement and start kicking on.

 

Evatt ball was constructed around "best players in the league" but became slow, dreary and without a backbone.

And that sums up 90% of our games this season.

Assuming it is accurate, then perhaps Dempsey is the man as he is more of a goal threat, and we need them!

Got to be Erhahon (or Morley if he’s not gone / going).

Assuming we’re keeping the same formation then Erhahon would be more suited to the deeper lying role that Sheehan plays rather than the Simons/ACD role anyway.

however Simons could drop in and Dempsey could play the more advanced role which he’s probably more suited too than Simons..

He looked a long way off it the last few times he played and he's currently on loan at Aldershot anyway

The weather gets warmer , the pitches get better , our silky skills come to the fore and we romp home in style . Easy . 

The team is almost going to pick itself finally and we are going up , unless we somehow get Barnsley in the play-offs .

Arrived back in Bolton early hours of Weds, day off, something of a recovery / light session day Thursday and today working on tactical plans based on this opponent.

We DO need to score goals, but they'll have barely had any time on the training pitch. The reality of modern football. 

Will be the same after this weekend before next Tuesday (although Burton playing last night means they can likely do 2 days training before we play them.)

How many goals teams score largely comes down to the quality of player and the ability of a coaching team to input certain patterns of play. That stuff is certainly up for judgement.

Anyway, we'll score 3 tomorrow!
