Is that partly influenced by the timings?

ACD 2nd the other night v Stevenage, wonderful team goal, not quite on the level of Mark Davies' v Blackpool years back but fantastc in it's own right, it was Barca esque, flicks dummies and a lovely finish.

Memory fades, but they are the best combination for a while aren’t they?

I recall @Johnnyrotten moan under Evatt that we never shot or scored from outside the box! Nice change there then!

I’d be interested to know the ratio of shots:goals from outside the box this season. We’ve definitely worked on cutting in and shoot as opposed to the 30 yard rocket everybody creams over

M for me too. He’s put the keeper on his arse and opened his body. The patient build up, the step over. It’s not about the glory of the moment; let’s not be emotional (CBT), that goal is top 10 goals at The Reebok*

Definitely.  Its a refreshing change, even today Sheehan, Rodriguez and Kenny shot from outside the box (and Cissoko) and they were really good efforts.

On Tuesday 2 of our goals came from shots outside the box and Burstow had another very close.  Plenty we can recall from previous games.

An upgrade this season, I can only remember a small number last year (Tomo, Toal, McAtee).
