They need to win at ours to have a chance of play offs.

This could potentially mean (obviously other results going a certain way), we could be playing them three games in a row. 

They're proper in form too.

I think it's more likely we see the usual exodus from 80th minute onwards as there's nothing really riding on the game and the lap of honour is sparsely attended, rather than a pitch invasion

That was not too long before I left Blighty. I'll always remember that fondly because my Dad was so embarrassed by his wife and myself shouting abuse at Leeds fans in the West Stand Upper he took us into the concourse to tell us off. I was in my 30s, hilarious.

To get into the play offs Luton know they basically have to win, they're going to pull out all the stops to do that, the aggression and tempo are going to be turned upto 11. The risk of late challanges etc is going to be sky high and for what so we play Stevenage first rather than Stockport? 

I wasn't suggesting we play nowt but the kids from the start lol just protect our big hitters for when it REALLY matters.

Luton are 22nd out of 24 when it comes to yellow cards across the season (0 reds). Our thugs have had two red cards in the last month and had a man sent off against them earlier in the season.

They should be scared of us.

The last thing SS will want is to lose the last game of the season, in front of 25,000. We will go strong as possible.

Nice to be in the territory of having a "big" game where if we lose, it doesn't properly matter.  Feels very different to a play off 1st leg or playing Wigan at home when there's the nagging dread of being properly pissed off at the end of it.

No reason not to look forward to this as you say, and if we can spoil Luton's big day out (their biggest away following of season probably), all the better.

I think we should forfeit the game completely and give the whole sqaud and staff a rest and full weekend off.

Maybe if the league won't let us, we could put 11 traffic cones out with Bolton Shirts draped over them. 

Maybe put some wigs on them so they look like actual players.
