momomo Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Peter Reid. Always fcuking injured, then goes and becomes an Everton Leg end.
Lever Ender in L.A. Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Neil Clement, Steve Whitworth, Ian Moores, Dean Holdsworth, Neil McNab, Terry Wharton....... Peter Reid ???....are you kidding.....he was Fantastic for us
Burndens Bogs Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Peter Reid. Always fcuking injured, then goes and becomes an Everton Leg end. Actually, he was superb for us before and after his career threatening injury- that's why the big boys started calling, and he could demand the monstrous sum of ?1000 a week.

Agreed he didn't have many good games for us,but in those few games he showed true class - so shouldn't be considered for BWFC's Room 101 imo. Edited October 8, 2008 by Burndens Bogs
Burndens Bogs Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 I remember thinking we'd really arrived when we signed Robbie Elliot, even after his return from injury he was very very average for us.
globaldiver Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 ibrahim ba aye, an icon before he joined us

Nowack Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Beardsley was one of the finest players of his generation, shame it ended before he got to us. He was so poor it hurt.
