Underpants Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 who wants to do the world cup??? I'm talking about a 4 week jols here Just seen a report on the news and if you book now you won't get much change out of 9 grand - that's nearly 5 more Lifeline wins
athywhite1958 Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 who wants to do the world cup??? I'm talking about a 4 week jols here Our lot have just paid ?650 for their flights to SA, IAMOUTRETIREDFROMFOOTBALL
Guest The Special One Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Our lot have just paid ?650 for their flights to SA, IAMOUTRETIREDFROMFOOTBALL scandalous normally at that time of year you're looking at 300 tops
athywhite1958 Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 scandalous normally at that time of year you're looking at 300 tops Probably J, but every f?cker who can make a buck out of the English will do
Smiffs Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Why are folk only just booking when its been nailed on we'll qualify for aaaaaaaaaaaages?
Smiley Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 We all sat round in the pub last night discussing it. Flight costs will ultimately decide. If its a case of flying to Outer Agagoogooland and then travelling across desert for 5 days to save ?50, I'd sooner not bother. Two week trip. Going around 12-26 June is looking favourite. 4 weeks is too long at that time of year. Can't afford the money I'll lose through being off work. I think ?650 is a fair price to pay.
Big E Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 I fancy it but don't fancy paying more than ?2500 due to the amount of money i would lose taking time off.....we wouldn't need 4 weeks there as we won't be making the final!
Guest Blixa Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Bet the muggers over there can't wait - the missus went to Jo'berg for work not long back, warned not even to walk along the streets during daylight - secure car/taxi everywhere. Sure it'll be well organised, but you can't remove violent crime in 9 months.
Sweep Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 I was speaking to one of my customers out there, and he reckons it'll be chaos, as the infrastructure just isn't up to accomodating the volumes of people that will be shifting around the country. He also reckons that hundreds of new cases of AIDS will also be hot footing it's way across to Europe at a rate of knots as p?ssed up European blokes shag the cheap filthy hookers on offer out there
bolty58 Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Fook it off and start saving for Brazil. You couldn't pay me enough to go there. It will be fecking carnage. Face painted space cadets v machete wielding muggers.
no balls Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Face painted space cadets v machete wielding muggers. I spotted plenty of those last night. It will be 'interesting' to see if they go to SA.

SatanGreavsie Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 That sounds like the trip to do, I think I will start putting a bit away for that world cup, would be a trip of a lifetime. aye, though there's bits of Brazil that make SA look like Butlins
no balls Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 aye, though there's bits of Brazil that make SA look like Butlins You'll be safe though, Satan. They only ever kill folk with healthy organs they can sell on!
L/H White Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 I'm hoping to do the group stages. TSO, text back you cunt.
Big_Girl_Oral_Explosion Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 wud luv to do it, but I spent a fortune in Germany in 06 fufilling a life tine ambition watching England and then being at a final. Trouble is i would want to take the wifet and daughter who had a ball at the QF in Germany, but seriously would you risk their lives in SA? I was last there in Jo berg in 95 but from what I hear its now worse.

I'd encourage anyone to save up and get themselves to Brazil, its an amazing county. But do it without the thousands of other football fans there.
