Didledee Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Owen is a great guy he will succeed as our manager we are in transition. Keep the faith
Mike Hunt Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Aye, we're certainly in transition... From a decent mid-table team to...............
no balls Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 I do wish he'd have warned us of this prior to the start of the season then.
superjohnmcginlay Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 He also tweeted to someone they were a true fan who said he had faith in Coyle So those who are not so confident not true fans
Traf Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 He also tweeted to someone they were a true fan who said he had faith in Coyle So those who are not so confident not true fans Indeed, the doubters amongst us are shit fans. We know who/what we are. Allardyce called us ignorant & naive.
Danny G Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Sounds like the dreaded voted of confidence, He will be gone in 3 games
anewman Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 the mans a fuckin prick and have you noticed all those sucking up to him are either teeagers or women, at least they are true supporters though according to the prick
beer_swiller Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Seems like Coyle`s here for the duration so we`d better get used to it.
Matt Lofthouse Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 We need a twitter twatter person to ask Phil when the next happy clappy fans forum is?
onlyoneawalker Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Hmmmm I really hope he's right strange thing to do tweeting that as it opens him up to criticism may be that was the plan to take some heat off coyle.
Garrp Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Hmmmm I really hope he's right strange thing to do tweeting that as it opens him up to criticism may be that was the plan to take some heat off coyle. he didnt it was in response to the same guy saying he would be there on Sunday.
juewanderer Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Phil Gartside can hardly say ..we're in the shit and Owen dosen't know his arse from his elbow though .. He has to be seen to be backing him ( in public at least ) ..none of us know what he really thinks or what his plan b is .. let's hope there is one or we're sunk .

He might have a Plan B but our Owen definately hasn't
Danny G Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 The most disturbing part is the fact that at 2-0 down he was sat there head in hands, he obviously didnt have a fucking clue what to do, neither did SS or SD, not one of them spoke to each other, it was ridiculous
anewman Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 I wonder if they discuss tweets in the monday morning meetings as well as forums
Danny G Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 I wonder if they discuss tweets in the monday morning meetings as well as forums No they play keepy uppy, Table tennis and listen to Robbie Blake practice his new stand up routine, Say Grace have lunch and go home

Butterfly Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 I agree with PG that Coyle will be a successful Bolton manager and I hope they are brave enough to stick with him when the bedsheet brigade are out this winter.A club of our limited resources can't cope with injuries to its best players. If Okocha and Djorkaeff had both broken their legs in 2003 and Bolton gone down would Allardyce have been sacked?Probably not but no doubt the bedsheet brigade would have been clamouring for it.

DIPS Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 (edited) I agree with PG that Coyle will be a successful Bolton manager and I hope they are brave enough to stick with him when the bedsheet brigade are out this winter.A club of our limited resources can't cope with injuries to its best players. If Okocha and Djorkaeff had both broken their legs in 2003 and Bolton gone down would Allardyce have been sacked?Probably not but no doubt the bedsheet brigade would have been clamouring for it. It's gone beyond the bedsheet brigade point now. As others have said we genuinely can't do the basics e.g. Compete. We are a team in free fall. Having our two best players should not affect how the other 11 turn out week in week out. It's a joke of a reason to justify what's happening right now. Edited October 30, 2011 by DIPS
Danny G Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 When you look at his record, it is shocking and you wonder how long it will be allowed to go on for, I was Coyles biggest fan, I still am to a certain extent and I want him to succeed I really do, but he seems to not have a clue nor do the management team behind him. Its a shame really but for the first time in years I actually think we will go down.
beer_swiller Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 Gartside was at Swansea looking grim faced. Even he could see that the team are utter dog shite.
HomerJay Posted October 30, 2011 Posted October 30, 2011 I'd let him see the season out. Crazy Maybe. But I would. Can't see what we'll achieve by getting rid. Move into yet another transition period? Brilliant. This doesn't mean I think he will keep us up but just can be arsed jumping on the manager merry go round again. Another spineless defeat though will probably change my mind.
