It's already 28 here at home, in my office.....and the sun is still around the other side of the house......this afternoon is going to be incredibly hot I fear

Sunny all day and then just as home time looms, fucking pisses down. British weather is shite.

Just been out and done 23 mile on my road bike around the Cotswolds, 33 degrees at the min, it’s hilly as fuck and definitely not one of my best ideas of late!

Decided to ditch the lunchtime run today - the tube was really lovely, certainly recommend it.

Today was hot but there was at least a decent breeze. What the fuck has happened to the breeze - tonight's 'sleep' is not going to ve pleasant.

The only resolution is alcohol I think...
