I am surprised though that the person who started his topic was never going again, posted a pic of his cut up ST yet is the first to post on the result.

Are you really surprised? Most people know that Jay only does it for affect, and he also loves the attention obviously

Well the fans did not let the club down gartside, Coyle and his motley crew have been a disgrace. Coyle is the clown prince of football, 2 up with 15 minutes to go with 1man holding us together and he brings Klasnic on who can't run and LCY who has not played for 9months you could not dream of doing that, he has to leave the club and take his rag tag bag of shit back room team with him.

Couldnt agree more

Why the fuck did he take Petrov off? Everyone in esl couldn't believe it. Completley changed our shape yet again, espec with chungy coming on. Also when holding a 2-1 lead why do we allow the opposition to string together 50 passes and not pressure them. This tactic lead to their goal. Arrgh I just don't know what goes through his head. The man is leading us into the abyss.

Because quite simply they are not fit enough to play the "tippy tappy" pressing game that most of the Premier league teams cottoned on to after onto watching Barca defend in last years CL final. A team does not have to be as talented as them to do the defensive shift they put it, only organised and FIT enough to do it.

I got shit off a woman whose has sat in front of me all season for saying this team was shit! Aparrantly im not gd enough for the gutter for having such views! We really do have some half wit fans!!! We will stay up!!!

Have you seen something in him that I've missed? I'm not sure that I've seen anything that makes me think he could bring us back up, should we go down of course

Because he's done it before

With a weaker team of players

And a smaller budget

Who's to say he couldn't do it???

Btw, I don't actually want him to even have the chance

If we don't win at Stoke, Coyle has to go. Steve Bruce is probably the best we could get at present.

Playing staff? To go for certain IMO, Knight, Klasnic, Eagles, Mavies - powder puffs.

We faced relegation under Allardyce (3 seasons in a row IIRC), but I never actually thought we'd go down.

I also never expected relegation under Megson, but i've expected this season for quite a while.

Our league form since that day out last April has been horrific: 38pts from 43 games including just 5 wins from 22 home games, accruing only 19pts from those 22 home games.

I thought Eagles was brilliant today, very unlucky not to get a brace at least. That 60yd back track to tackle their player summed up a good performance for that lad. Sadly we don't get it week in week out.

You must have a bag of Evo Stik tied to your nose pal.The bloke is an utter powder puff malingering wage stealing fairy. Why the fcuk that useless scotch nob took Petrov off and left him on is beyond me!Wish he'd fcuk off back to Burnley and take his manager/best pal with him!Throw the rose tinted specs in the bin mate coz they're clearly fcukin up your vision/mind!And don't get me started on N'Gog............. Traf, you of all people know this is no place for facts

Especially when those 'facts' are bullshit.

Three seasons under Allardyce? Aye, ok.

But in that third season we finished 8th.

You're quite right.

It's a sad indictment of the position we're in when I have to resort to facts.

Whilst we're on about facts, the fact that our attack couldn't hit a cow's arse with a Jack Walker banjo isn't helping our cause.

We were on top v Spurs at 1-1 and didn't score.

We missed several chances today: KD could & should have had at least two, whilst Nancy Boy Eagles put two over when he should have at least worked the keeper and as for Ngog's header: best left undiscussed.

OK, 2 seasons: I did suggest I wasn't quite sure.

But the point remains the same.

This is still the first relegation battle we've had for years that I haven't felt confident of winning.

To call my post bullshit is over-egging it a touch.

Cant be arsed reading all that. All i will say is that the club have made a profit on transfers this season, does that not show you the direction the owner wants us to be? He is not putting anymore money in.

Coyle hasnt been backed, like other bosses have and we are going down because of this

Stu, I am not saying that I agree with you, but you've not been wrong for the last two seasons

I wasn't summarising his season, I was talking about today's performance. He played very well in my eyes.

It may already have been said, but Megson had a much better record than this clown, and look how he was treated, how the fuck has this muppet and his goons been allowed to flush 12 years of Premiership football down the toilet, ah of course he thanks the fans every week, if only Meggo would have done that we would be safe now, fuck off Coyle.

WHilst we're doing "Facts"

1) Coyle knew he was without Holden and LCY in plenty of time to buy decent replacements. He didn't. That may not be entirely his fault though if he had no money.

2) Mike Pollit, the Wigan reserve keeper, said the whole Wigan bench were literally pissing themselves laughing at Coyle's tactics and touchline approach when they cam the other week. That's the kind of respect and fear he's putting into other teams.

I'll say I'm way past getting too bothered. I'll be there regardless next season but my gut feeling is that the finances are at the root of this. We simply haven't got a pot to piss in and who's to say Eddie Davies hasn't said he wants out in five/ten years???

Coyle is inept.

Whether Eddie has stopped putting money in or not we should have stayed up easily Coyle spent 3 million on a striker he has not used that money could have been spent on another holding midfielder and borrowed a not ready kid another winger we did not need, when he could of borrowed another midfielder, one average centre midfielder from any where would have helped keep us up.
