The front page, at the bottom, has next to 'fixtures', Everton and Watford listed, with a 'buy tickets' option! We're a club that just spent 11 consecutive seasons in the Premier League and yet we have a commercial set-up which would embarrass a Blue Square Conference club. This isn't a one off either. I emailed the club a couple of weeks ago pointing out a similar basic error and to complain that actually trying to buy a Sunderland ticket online was proving impossible (so had to deal with the clowns that are Ticketmaster). I'm still waiting for a reply. Quote

We're paying average players a million quid a year to keep us hovering nicely above the relagation zone, but we can't employ a few people to sort the ticketing and marketing out?!
