One guy on twitter reckons a sprained knee is usually ligament damaged , I'm not sure that's correct any physios clear this up.

It's a stretching of the ligaments

Not really the best subject to be playing funny buggers with maximus and how do you possible know its not yet serious?

A sprained knee, which he can still walk on without pain, no taping or ice around his leg.

Won't be out long

It's a stretching of the ligaments

So if its stretched ligaments I would guess 4-6 weeks had that and it hurts. Snapped ligaments its a completely different outlook, lets hope it's just stretched.

As much as I want to see him in a white shirt again,I just want it to be ok for Stuart Holden himself.

Poor lad has been through the mill and back again but not once has he ever looked down or given up.

Fingers and toes crossed its just a knock.

Very cruel twist of fate if its more.

Comon stu lad.

Maxi seriously fuck off, you're not helping yourself here, it's not a subject that needs fuckwittery.

I'm being serious..

We know that it is a sprain, he can still walk on it, someone has said he was stood on the bench cheering the goal. This indicates a slight sprain which will heal within weeks.

If its what I'm hearing the injury is then yes he will

We should all hope that you're right, but that really is best case scenario

It could be a fair bit worse. You can't possibly know that it isn't right now

So stop the googling and then professing fact

It's bad enough when you do it with transfers via twatter, but this is even more transparent

And you're posturing is turning too many threads to shite

More importantly

Fingers crossed for our Stu

Decision to rely on him looks like it will backfire, got 6 days to get a midfielder and get him settled in the team

Hope you get well Stuart and its not serious
