Barnstoneworth White Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 Disgraceful behaviour from the AHM elite giving Barton a rendition of 'You should be in gaol' once he'd done the interview at the end. Got a wave off him and a blown kiss from Hill. Quote
Casino Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 ngog wanted to come off beckford needed taking off Quote
famouswanderer Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 Defensively Baptiste looks okay, but he and Knight both ball watched QPR's goal, though it was a nice move. Both offer very little going forward, not close to Ricketts, Alonso, Steinsson who we've had recently. Tierney looks like a Paul Robinson type, very average with the ball. Have you watched any of the previous 3 games? Because actually I think tierney has been very good in them. Granted, he was poor today. We desperately miss eagles. Quote
Casino Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 Go on then, I will play.... 3 defensive midfielders at home? we could of course play with lee and hall as wingers as we did at forest... i don't know owt about moritz other than hes not fit if available, at least 2 of eagles, davies and pratley would've started today which of our other midfielders would you have picked Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 I blame DF there was only 1 option after 20 minutes 442 he failed I've no confidence in him or LL I don't know where we go from here. Can't wait for Blackburn just for the day out because the football is back to 82. Quote
Casino Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 I blame DF there was only 1 option after 20 minutes 442 fcuk me, another one the same 4-4-2 that saw us ripped apart at forest? Quote

I concede. Just one thing though.....How many chances at home did we create? Quote
snowball Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 1-0 down at home Ngog and Beckford surely are a better option than pub player and a shit, wandering, Klasnic, leaving Lee upfront. Weird Are you serious? Beckford & N'gog would not have scored if we played until Monday. I am not blaming anyone else for them being so static either. Quote

Casino Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 (edited) not enough stats say 4, but i'd say 2 good chances to score (davies n beckford) plus medo hit the post bogdan didnt make a save maybe you can answer me, now which front 6 should he have picked? Edited August 24, 2013 by Casino Quote
SalfordOriginal Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 not enough Glad you bury folk are not completely blinded by the "entertainment" served by the pudding eaters or FCUM just yet Quote
DaveTheRave Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 Disappointing performance again today. We just seemed to pass it backwards all the time to then hoof it up the pitch and lose the ball. On a different day though Beckford, Medo and Davies would've scored and we'd have won because QPR didn't do too much. I still think we'll turn it around and have a good season but a few more performances like this might see me change my mind. Get'm sorted Dougie. Come On You Whites!!! Quote

He tried something to try and keep us more solid than your 442 that got us nowhere last week. Fuck me rigid. Quote
Juan.Kerr Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 That was awful. Ngog and Beckford couldn't wait to get off. No commitment, no will to win, no idea. Minutes after he came on Moritz was asking where he was supposed to be playing. Last few minutes our flying winger Knight launches the ball into the North Stand from eight yards. Come on Dougie, kick some up the arse. Quote

More like fucking frigid, it's 0-0 at half time we've been out played and piss poor a system that the players look like they don't understand, we were at home not away the only option was 442 with the available players Freedmans clueless and LL looks like a fuckin priest and totally washed up and pinching a living blindly follow Freedman if you wish, he talks the talk but empty words, rather have jimmy phillips in charge. enzo gambaro Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 it's 0-0 at half time we've been out played and piss poor a system that the players look like they don't understandI call bullshit. There was nowt in the first half. They looked more likely to score (not surprisingly) but we kept it well, hit the post and had the best chance of the half. I shouldn't be surprised at the reaction on here after all this time, but I am. QPR will walk this league. We need to get better, obviously, but today wasn't nearly as dreadful as this thread suggests. Go for a beer. Quote

Traf Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 Can't work that formation out. Sat there all game, sober as a judge and still can't work it out. In the 2nd half, CYL plays centre mid whilst Medo's on the right wing? Quote

You're struggling if you claim we kept it well first half; we had 38% possession in that period At home I'd hate to see what that would be if we didn't keep it well in your eyes And we were better first half! I wasn't that impressed by them...Barton trotted about doing very little and I think they were there for the taking. Sure, they're one of the stronger teams, but we were so meek Very disappointing today as I really thought we'd see a reaction from last week Maybe just maybe, he's still doing his tinkering thing and he'll discover the right formula soon Quote
miamiwhite Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 couldn't make the game, caught the last few minutes on sky. Knight should choke on his fat pay packet and fuck off back down south. I didn't see us string 2 passes together. I'm joining the anewman and mounts Dougie's Deappreciation Society On a sober note, there is a clear and distinct possibility we'll be playing Bury in League One next season The sorry situation needs sorting out right fucking now Gartside Quote

That today was abject and the Scottish idiot had not a clue how to change it Go 442 against a team that should walk this league with the squad they have. They brought on Zamora and jenas. We have nothing at the moment with injuries and suspensions. We were never going to go gung ho in what was always going to be a tight tough match. This was one of those games that 1 goal would settle it. He went with what he had to try and keep it tight after last weeks debacle. We do need more bodies or we will be relying on Eagles and Pratters all season. I'm not saying its all perfect but to suggest Dougie is clueless is Infact clueless in itself. Quote
superkev Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 We could always get Someone like Darren Ferguson in. His teams score shitloads of goals but ultimately end up being relegated. Quote
