First time I've left a game early (albeit in about the 94th minute) since the Watford play off final and then get home to find out my mum has been admitted to Wythenshawe Hospital with a blood clot on her lung, just as her and my dad were about to board a flight to Austria. Thats a shitter. Hope she's ok. Awful game. Had high hopes at the start of it. Still have confidence we can get it right. Here's hoping... Quote

Once our big players are in and sharp we will be a match for anyone. In the meantime we need some transfers in preferably a goalscorer that is fit. That sounds ominous then. Ngog, Beckford & Moritz could take a couple of months to get match fit; MDavies is out for 3-4 months yet, and then will have to get match fit; Holden is out for this season probably (if he ever comes back). Which leaves Pratley who can come back in & fit the next game. Basically we can't wait for all these players to get fit; we have to make it work soon without MDavies & Holden for starters. Quote

She's doing ok, thanks. Irregular heartbeat is being monitored so will probably be in for a few days. One of the first things she said to me on visiting tonight was to make sure I go to Tranmere on Tuesday instead of pissing about getting to Wythenshawe...not bad from a Millwall fan! Quote
