enzo gambaro
The Crown and the fucking Bowler, though? Ish don't think so.
Site Supporter White on Tyne Posted February 25, 2014 Site Supporter Share Posted February 25, 2014 Hopefully these type of newspaper reviews keeps those influenced by such reports away from the best pubs, that hopefully stay under the radar. no balls
The Crown and the fucking Bowler, though? Ish don't think so. I can't say I sup in either of those, I thought the Crown was where Cocoon was filmed, though I believe the Bowler is decent if you like your rock music, which I don't. bolton va va
Sad to see today that the Old Original British Queen (Pomps) on Blackburn Road is boarded up. There are now no pubs on Blackburn Road between town and Astley Bridge. In my time we've lost...The Palais, Peel, Globe, Borough, Aquarius ??, Old Original British Queen, Victoria British Queen, Bowling Green, Gardeners ??next to Warbies, Tramways, Tippings, Bridge and Edge Tavern. Very sad.

Moderators Zico Posted February 25, 2014 Moderators Share Posted February 25, 2014 Can see why the Crown got in, as in one of the better pubs in Horwich, but the bowling Green? Fuck me, it must've changed a lot, last time I went in it was always pissy weak lager and stank of sick
