Yes, with season ticket holders able to stream the game live. Nothing been announced thus far for away fans or non-season ticket holders. Quote
radcliffe white Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 That shite should be permanently behind closed doors Quote
DomRepWanderer Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 Harrogate beat Boreham Wood, step closer to a dream day out. Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 Hope Harrogate don’t come up, but if they do then they’ll certainly be chucking some money about. Quote

At one point a decade or so ago they were paying some players £500-£800 a week even at that level, though I think in recent years they’ve tried to get younger players released from the bigger clubs on cheaper wages with the hope of selling them on. Zico Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 Used to live with a County fan, at the time (2000ish) went to some away games with him Two were at Wigan, league and cup, when Rioch managed Wigan That's when i found out how much Wigan hated us, about 5k on maybe, and they spent most of the game doing anti Bolton and Lofthouse chants, both inside and outside the ground In the away end it was all lads except for one girl who dressed like she was trying to impress in the swan, totally out of place Anyway, hope County go up Quote
Take Hunt Off Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 Harrogate , can just see our lot in the tea emporium ha ha. Could stay over in that Majestic hotel. Then again it will be Mickey Mouse ticket allocation. Quote
freds dad Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 I've done Notts loads of times. Harrogate would be nice to add to the list. Quote
Marc505 Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 Become far less confident about away fans being allowed in this side of Christmas recently, it'll be a shame to miss out on a big chunk of these places on our hopefully short stay in L2. Quote
Johnnyrotten Posted July 25, 2020 Posted July 25, 2020 At least we'd all be able to use that phrase My Wife Thinks I'm in Harrogate. No - she thinks you're inadequate. Seriously - hope Notts County come up, they should be in the EFL, Harrogate shouldn't. There should be a minimum ground capacity to be allowed in but they are literally stopping football fans attending matches because they are too small. Put another way, what if there were 50 clubs the size of Harrogate? The way anyone can buy a club and make climbing the leagues dependent on how much cash they have (Salford etc) - that is now possible. The people that attend Harrogate's games in the EFL probably didn't realise they had a team 2 years ago and the crucial bit for me is they don't feel any disappointment if they lose. Keep these teams and none fans out for the integrity of the EFL. Quote

I thought Yeovil were a shit team who bought their way in but at least their ground is capable of holding enough folk (shame there’s no boozers anywhere near). Similar with Burton but Salford, Accy and to an extent AFC Wimbledon shouldn’t be allowed to play in them tinpot stadiums Quote
