In the 7 years since Rogers lot won the title, they have a net transfer spend of £692m. And are celebrating a final day top four finsih.

Liverpool finished 7th that year, and have a net spend of £177m in the same period.

Apparantly, they need to give Solksjaer at least £250m this summer in order to compete.
