Swindon got Salford away in the cup, which would have been another new one! realised i've lost brentford to if going by your rules fuck this, this game isn't have 4 grounds back i'm thinking about this far to much atm Quote
Jol_BWFC Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 (edited) I lost Everton, Spurs and AFC Wimbledon in the last few season. I also can’t have Coventry, as they were playing at St Andrews when I went. If they’d have counted I’d be on 71. But they don’t, so it’s 67. Edit: Also, I’ve been to Spurs’ new ground for Boxing and NFL, but that doesn’t count either. Edited December 10, 2025 by Jol_BWFC Quote

You can have them if you want as it seems everyone has different rules Im not losing Coventry, Everton and West Ham over them being old grounds or Watford as I wasn't watching us And I've done Stevenage's ground for a Richard Ashcroft gig and if I hadn't been on watching us, I'd still be having it Quote
Wullie Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 I'm going off the fact I saw the club at their home ground, rather then old or new stadium Quote
Johnnyrotten Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 Another take on counting grounds: I was with a City fan today that I used to work with and only see now at reunions and funerals. He's seen City at 112 grounds, but as well as counting European trips and friendlies, he counts grounds not teams so 2 for Spurs, Bolton, Arsenal etc. I know this is nothing to do with doing the 92, its a different count, but I bet a few of you out there have seen us at 100+ grounds easily. Even I've seen us at both grounds of Stoke, Leicester, Arsenal, City, Sunderland, Boro, Hull, Derby, Huddersfield, Wigan, Rotherham, Walsall and there are plenty more to go at for those of you that do more aways than me. It puts me upto 64 grounds of current league teams (plus a few that have dropped out, a load of non league, Scottish etc). City mate said his highlight of 2025 was getting drawn at Orient in the cup, new ground he didn't think he'd get. Was hoping for Exeter away in cup, but got them at home, and he's got one of the 400 tickets for Bodo Glimt in Jan for number 113. Quote

Marc505 Posted December 11, 2025 Posted December 11, 2025 Utrecht is a fine city, lovely place. Really good away fanzone set up in the centre for Forest fans today, loads of bars and screens, music pumping from about 1pm top atmosphere. All going really well until they scored and loads of people decided to start launching full pints around and filming it for social media. We should never, ever, allow drinking in the stands in PL/EFL, would cause absolute riots. Quote
