Casino Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 Last minute Solomana try to win it for england in a game of 70 odd points Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted June 10, 2017 Posted June 10, 2017 For those league lads who say unions rubbish should watch that puma v England game superb to watch look forward to next Saturdays game. Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 Winning try and man of the match just happening to be League lads, of course. Quote
Escobarp Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 A league lad who was poached and left his club with no transfer fee and who showed absolutely no loyalty Great player though and if he can learn to be as effective in union as league then he will be great asset to the England union set up that's for sure. Would go as far as to say a lion of the future. Quote
Casino Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 Winning try and man of the match just happening to be League lads, of course. Their lack of the defensive basics being the giveaway Quote
Underpants Posted June 11, 2017 Author Posted June 11, 2017 Winning try and man of the match just happening to be League lads, of course. Makes no difference. Of course. Quote
maaarsh Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 Winning try and man of the match just happening to be League lads, of course. To be fair, the winning try came about 20 minutes after he was subbed on and instantly cost the team 2 tries with embarrassingly poor attempts at tackles. Quote
Underpants Posted June 17, 2017 Author Posted June 17, 2017 Better against a glorified Barbarians side. The margin of our defeat next week might not be as big as I thought. Quote
Matt Lofthouse Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Certainly sounded solid today. Pleased for Itoje going over as well. Quote
bolty58 Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Slowly building momentum. I will remain surprised if we win one of the tests and my current hope is that we really give them hard games in one or two. One win and I will be ecstatic. Two - delirious. Prefer it to be England though. Quote
Whites man Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Prefer it to be England though. The Lions has a special place in the hearts of all British rugby fans. Quote
Casino Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Just watched another pumas england cracker with a mythos in each hand Quote
Whites man Posted June 17, 2017 Posted June 17, 2017 Scotland beat Australia in Australia, without their best player, amazing result. Quote

Mounts Kipper Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 (edited) Good win for England over the Pumas, not as good a game as last weeks but a wins a win. Edited June 18, 2017 by Mounts Kipper Quote
bolty58 Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Same with the England team mate, ever other bugger is a Kiwi or an Islander these days. This is more a case of going with the flow or falling behind the rest. The Wallabies were known as the Southern Hemisphere XV for years with a collection of Pacific Islanders, South Africans etc. playing for them. 'Every other' is a bit of an exaggeration. A small sprinkling maybe. Quote
bolty58 Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 Good win for England over the Pumas, not as good a game as last weeks but a wins a win. .....especially with players away on Lions duty. Jones' has a junkyard dog winning mentality - something we have needed for years rather than the "jolly hockey sticks English gentlemen" approach we had for as long as I can remember. Quote

Sweep Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 a junkyard dog winning mentality You've been in Australia coming out with comments like that mate ???? Quote
bolty58 Posted June 19, 2017 Posted June 19, 2017 Probably Hardly likely when I was there at every England group game plus the SF and Final. The best England team (and coach) ever. Jones is the best since. Not even sure why I'm responding to the likes of you and some JCL. Quote
