April 11, 201511 yr Not for me thanks. I'd give it half a dozen games before people were asking if he was worth his shirt. That's 5 more games than most get.
April 11, 201511 yr Folk in bashing Bolton fans shocker. Loved Kev, just can't see a place for him back at bwfc if all the lads are fit. Wish him well though
April 11, 201511 yr Wouldn't have any hesitation in taking him back. Them West Ham lot, I just don't get them. One I work with, a great bloke, seems the most level headed bloke you could ever wish to come across. But when it comes to football, he wants Allardyce replaced with Di Canio. In what sort of universe does that make sense? Where exactly do they think they should be in the English football ladder? You could argue with Eidur and Heskey that we have enough oldies in the squad. As much as it was the right time to leave when he did, he would most definitely be a massive asset right now.

You're forgetting that West Ham won the World Cup in 66 and the Queen supports them so therefore must always be in the BPL. If Nolan does come back will he be pointing at things?
April 12, 201511 yr The difference between Heskey and Eidur than with Nolan is that the latter will be looking for one last decent payday. The other two have had that and just want go play. Which is why he isn't coming back next season. Try again in 2017.
April 12, 201511 yr West Ham fans are more deluded than the DMB's, Citeh and the Scousers all put together Talk about being above their station There was a big chat about it on TalkSport and Durham and Gough were licking their arses saying they must expect top 10 every season so it's not just the fans either, it's the media too Whereas in reality, this century they have spent 3-4 seasons out of the top league and are never towards that top 6 Wankers
April 12, 201511 yr Love to have him back and I think he would He's said himself he loved it here and I don't think it would cost a fortune He won't need the money and maybe just maybe like eidur wants to repay us for the early years I might be living in cloud cuckoo land but it's better than being a miserable old cunt
April 12, 201511 yr It's a no from me. Don't get me wrong, love the guy & what he did for us. Just think he might disappoint a few, judging him from his younger days & performances. He's also a big character & I'm not sure how that would work with Lennon, could see some clashing of heads there, speculatively . Sometimes you've just got to move on.
April 12, 201511 yr Loved Nolan, was a massive part in a wonderful time for us but I'd rather us go with Clough & Clayton now & keep those memories of Nobby intact.
April 12, 201511 yr Jack Collison was on The Sports Bar a couple of weeks ago. He said that Nolan is the only one who ever answers back to Allardyce. He also mentioned that Allardyce's nickname at West Ham is 'Bread Head' because of the size and texture of his head.
April 12, 201511 yr Loved Nolan, was a massive part in a wonderful time for us but I'd rather us go with Clough & Clayton now & keep those memories of Nobby intact. That's where I'm at. Add Vela, Pratley and Bannan to above aswell. Thanks for the great memories Kev, especially the one in my avatar.
April 12, 201511 yr Pretty much a one trick pony our Kev (good trick mind you) added years won't have helped .........its a resounding no from me we have enough oldies.
April 12, 201511 yr Thing is, if fat sam rocks up at another pl club like Sunderland he'll prob take nolan with him
April 12, 201511 yr Thing is, if fat sam rocks up at another pl club like Sunderland he'll prob take nolan with him Spot on. £££££££
April 14, 201511 yr Not for me. I wasn't his biggest fan first time around but it wouldn't do for us all to be the same. I would rather have a destroyer in midfield
April 15, 201511 yr If he was to come in on a short term deal and was affordable I'd take him. Surely he'd still be able to do a job at this level and it would be great to see him in the white shirt again. Great player for us a great bloke too.
April 15, 201511 yr I'm in the Nolan back in any capacity you can't have enough good men around your team/club and Nolans a top man and a legend.
April 15, 201511 yr You can never have enough pointers. Also I think we miss his ability to foul the keeper at every corner.
April 15, 201511 yr You can never have enough pointers. Also I think we miss his ability to foul the keeper at every corner. He is a leader of men and I would have him back just for that reason, he would make us mentally stronger and a better team without putting his boots on. Edited April 15, 201511 yr by Mounts Kipper
