Spearing, Howard and Wheater excellent today

Wins breed wins

Charlton Charlton here we come

First dodgy team selection by PP, Moxey's a liability but asking for trouble putting another (Trotter) in front of him.

Who cares!!! Enjoy this while it lasts. The amount of pure shit we've been through since SA left Pp can do whatever the hell he wants if its getting us wins ????

Spearing was everywhere, brilliant

Thought Buxton played well

Fleetwoods cup final.

Bolton 2 - Fishfingerers 1.

Oooosh. Westhoughton Whites drinking merrily tonight.

Vela did well in front of Buxton.

You are joking. The lad can't pass forward. Get Wilson back in.

First half we were poor, sloppy in and out of possession. Thought both full backs looked suspect but didn't have much protection in front of them.

We all know Clough's made of glass and it's unfortunate that he looks like he's going to be out for a prolonged period again but it looks like we may have some depth in the strike force for once. Woolery looked decent when he came on, as did Wilkinson surprisingly.

I'd love to know who the arse hole in the ESL is, shouting for Woolery as soon as Clough went down. I quote directly:- "Get Woolery on, someone who wants to play for the fucking shirt. If you can't cut it in this league Clough, fuck off."

As everyone else has said, what a feeling this is. We've done in 4 games what took us 30 odd last year. Lap it up lads

Love this. Tell them to fuck off the Aussie cunts, best start for 82 years :)

Buxton can tackle though. And doesn't get beaten.

He's a proper right back. And put in some decent crosses in the 2nd half.

Looks ok defending 1 on 1, still looks a bit behind on sharpness but he'll do for me at the moment

Yep he looked much better 2nd half and worked well with vela and a more mobile forward in Woollery.

Wank first half, decent second. Wheater, keeper beevers, spearing all had good games. Top of the league happy days ????

Thought we edged the first half (disappointed they got booed off for that) and absolutely dominated the second.

Thought Buxton stuck some really nice crosses in but can see why criticised for first half. Spearing superb, did all kinds of jobs for the team. Thought Vela very involved second half too, I don't know why but I really want that lad to do well for us.

Ok then. 2ndhalf he played well. Why just punt it forward if there are no options

Also sorry to say as soon as clough is fit and we get a decent offer we have to sell. Getting booted week in week out in this league is no good for us and certainly not him! We will be lucky to get 20 games out of him and Clayton put together at this rate.

Posted at half time based on what I'd seen, PP sorted it, good second half, good win. Buxton and Vela solid and linked up well down right 2nd half, Moxey recovered well to be fair to him.

Madine was decent 2nd half, held ball up better and took his goal well. Woollery looked OK, more suited to how PP wants us to play in this league than Clough.

Spearing top quality again, directing things, winning ball and giving it.

All in all another good game to watch and another win, onwards and upwards

Agree, until he can play 15 or so consecutive games I just don't see how he has any value at all, Bristol City were proper desperate to sign a forward last January after getting turned down loads

Same as the other games I've seen this season.

We aren't playing brilliant but winning.

That'll do for me.

Spearing man of the match.

Great win in the end. Bit too much sideways and backwards stuff first half for me. Thought Woolery made a difference with his willing runs stretched them a bit. Great finish from Vela.

I agree ref Clough if a good offer comes in sell him he will get battered in this league.
