WW is being ruined. Cheese can have his moments but ffs this is a whole new level; it's worse than SPAM emails. For £500k-£1m yes. Anymore and I think the money can be spent better elsewhere

Plenty of other players of theirs I wouldn't mind if they're having a fire sale.

I don't see it personally, a good league 1 striker, yes, but that isn't enough for the Championship and spending hundreds of thousands for a bit part player, would be silly at this stage. Plus it wouldn't be good for his career at this stage and his age.

Yeah no shade on Burstow he did a decent job for us and im thankful of the goals he got, but there are loads of players as good for next to nowt or better out there for not much more.

My thoughts too on Mason, good L1 player but I just think we need to look for quality rather than quantity. I’d much rather have four or five top quality players than eight or ten average ones. Proven Championship or older PL players for the key positions who can adapt immediately plus a couple of quality young loan players. We’d spend the same amount of money but for me get more bang for our buck. Whatever we do it’s going to cost money but as we saw last season just the likes of ACD, CBT, Ruben and Kenny made all the difference to the squad with that bit of extra quality.

Id take Burstow for £500k . Only 22 loads of time to continue improving . We only have 1 forward and will need at least another 3 yet.

Yes, think he might be worth a go.

If we'd thought about who to keep a couple of months in, he would have been picked above our main man.

Just had a reversal of fortunes.

He did bag some important late goals off the bench too.

We are also requiring new wide players, and who knows maybe a slight difference in approach, which may suit him.

Another who would bring in Burstow for 750k or less. Loads of improvement in him. Plus if we go for and get Kenny he may not be ready for the opening of the season.

£500k for Burstow. Not for me. If they want to offload his wages, then I’d consider him for free, as a backup.

The issue, as far as I can see with Hull, is they've four players to offload and £6m to get in, so unless one of the others goes for £2-3m they'll be looking for more for Burstow than we'd see as value
