I'm not sure Dabo was ever the right fit in terms of style of play for us really, good defender but isn't a big contributor going forwards.

still feel quietly confident on Baccus. It’s alright a champ side coming in but depends on who it is. Anyone on a downward trajectory and I think Evatt and his wider team do a good job of selling the vision and outlining the way we play. Everyone we have brought in seems to buy in to that so hopefully he has too 

Agree on Baccus Barry, unless it’s a top Championship club or they’re dishing out mega wages, he’d be better off coming here to a club likely to be winning most weeks (hopefully) and pushing for a title than signing for a middling Championship side fighting off relegation, where in 12 months we could have swopped places. I haven’t heard who the club is but there are a couple I could imagine being interested like Huddersfield and Preston? Who knows but I still think we could pull it off yet.

Shit happens, I would be disappointed if we didn't have 3/4 options for each position including potentially a loan player  option for each one.

I suspect Wilson is the one with an injury concern and we went back to Brizzle to reschedule fee/payments to mitigate the risk.  Looks like Pearson told us to do one.

On the flip side I think we became over reliant on him at times, a bit like when Dapo was here.

I agree, think we went to Bradley to often at the detriment to the balance of the team and it made us easier to deal with, teams knew our main threat was down our right, better when threats are coming from all over the pitch. 

Had a lovely weekend back home, heard a bit of juicy gossip re Charles and picked up one of Gilks' training tops from last year.
