I think he’s decent but Evatt had no plans for him even when fit, has his regulars

Hmm, plenty of us think he's decent.

Got in, played well, then dropped once injuries cleared up.

I reckon he has a future here- Jones won't be around that much longer.

Celtic sell Matt O'Riley to Brighton for £25 million rising to £30m - a player they bought from MKD for £1.5 m two years ago. Then they buy a Belgian WB for £11 m setting a new club transfer record. Totally rate O'Riley but what a great bit of business.

So theoretically we could still do a deal for a foreign or an out of contract player. And Vic could still go to Turkey.

So, Iredale to Hibs by the looks of things. Where's Leyther..

that's very out of the blue, but if he's surplus to requirements, brings down the wage bill

Nlundlulu. Hope he does well at Cambridge. Only because it might facilitate a permanent move. One of the poorest players I've seen in a white shirt ever. Even worse than Franck Passi.

Having bought Schon for a load of money and with Williams in Evatt's good books I guess Iredale was always going to be moving on. Overall he did well for us even though he's not a "flair" player and I wish him well. Good bloke by all accounts an it's always nice to get £undisclosed - however much that is.

Also Iredale was one of our very few threats from set pieces. Seemed a nice enough chap too. Limited but didn’t seem to shirk responsibility.

It’s a go well from me.

In bed!

Quite surprised we’ve let Iredale go tbh as he always seemed a handy option to have around, but I guess that was before Johnston’s return and Forino signing. Generally pretty dependable all told, and he certainly chipped in with a few handy goals in the past. He’ll do ok I reckon.

My lasting memory of Iredale is walking up to a corner at Wembley with minutes to go like he was out on a Sunday morning stroll getting his steps in.

And getting turned inside out by Kelman at Orient.

I won't lose any sleep.

Never played in his proper position in fairness. Was excellent at Cambridge as a left back and he never looked that comfortable either in LCB or wingback.

He was a good threat at set pieces though, need more of them at the back.

True about the set pieces.

Helps a lot when you beat the first man of course :D
