There are room for playmakers, as there are for more direct players. No point asking the latter types to do a role that aren't suitable for. We'll see what happens in due course, however given both managers have kept GT as captain and played him regularly I reckon there is more chance of him remaining here than Sheehan. We can't have, and don't want wholesale changes, but some are required. Particularly in midfield.

Toon have possibly the strongest midfield in the league, Spurs are shite but have an abundance of players in that behind the striker role (sound familiar?) and Villa are flying so you could question whether they need him, but is probably most likely. Everton??
