At first he seemed to appreciate me talking to him, as he didn’t really know anyone besides his missus. Pretty sure by the end of the night he thought I was an annoying pissed up wanker. Probably right. He did insist that he was as fit as he’s ever been, but his games vs age ratio doesn’t make good viewing. Quote

Unfortunately though judging by the way he went down and had to be helped off the pitch it looks like a possible ACL strain/tear and will miss at least the next few months. Okocha10 Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 Noticed Zach Clough name popping up a lot more recently I would have him back Quote
DomRepWanderer Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 Alan Nixon Bolton. Expect a keeper out and a keeper in this week. Although they don’t have a deadline these days ... Quote

Casino Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 oztumer was nearly as big a disappointment as magennis on saturday granted, circumstances were shite Quote

I know it's hard to criticise anybody considering that he turned up & played, but I expected more from him when he got the ball. Substitution was fair IMO. Quote
Okocha10 Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 Clough would get more goals in this division than Otzumer would. Not really seen Otzumer have a good game yet! Mainly probably because of Parkinson. Our main aim for me is getting a Striker in who can hold up ball since that shithouse Magennis decided to go awol. That young lad Eddie Brown struggled a lot. Eavesy Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 If we get a big lad in then we’ll end up reverting to the usual garbage. We no longer have the excuse that we have beevers and wheater at the back Quote

We no longer have the excuse that we have beevers and wheater at the back How many sides don't have a target of some sort up front? We aren't going to be playing out from the back - this is a scrap. Need someone to offer some presence up front. And when Parky goes the next manager will want that too. Quote
Blondi Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 (edited) Can we please sign Ched Evans and sign Zach Clough on loan please, think they would be a potent strike force in League 1. Oh and stick fatty Magennis in the reserves for the rest of the season. Edited August 5, 2019 by Blondi Quote
tomski Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 (edited) A few writing oztumer off already. Not seen enough of him yet. If PP goes he could Bechtel me a key player Id love clough back as well Edited August 5, 2019 by tomski Quote
birch-chorley Posted August 5, 2019 Posted August 5, 2019 Nahki Wells and Ched Evans up top with Clough in behind pulling the strings Quote
