Shame to see Clayton leave but right now with all with financial issues we can't afford to keep someone on who 'may' come good or could quite likely have another year out injured. Good luck to him, he looks like he has some talent so hope it works out for him

I don't think its a shame at all. 2 goals in 3 years. Nowt against the lad but he'll not even be remembered in 6 months.

The good thing about PP & the current management team is they see the same realities as the fans(well most of them)

 

for example Clayton & Proctor being made available for transfer , two players whist not lacking effort clearly wont cut it

 

at Championship level you could or would hope to add Taylor  to that list .

 

The management see we cant afford any passengers next season & although it doesn't mean we aren't in for a bumpy ride

 

at least the basics are there.
