time to shed a couple of stone from my current 16

 

i have the will power to do it but itll be easier if im not alone

 

anybody else making the effort and sharing their progress

Swimming is pretty much what I'm doing now although I'll still do the Fleetwood to Lytham and back bike rides every few weekends and fuck the pain off so that I can have my Bispham chippy "reward" the odd Saturday

They've finally finished that bit down the dip in between Norbeck and Cleveleys now mate. Clear run down there now.

Part of trying to lose some timber, I'm supping between 3 and 4 litres of water a day, never shit as much in my life and I'm regular as clock work as it is.

Jesus! 185g of fat is equivalent to nearly 3/4 block of butter. Hats off! WTF is the "trash can challenge" at 4453 kcals and 239g fat?

The trash can is a big triple stack burger thing, a full rack of ribs, some weird sloppy cheesy thing In a vase, shit loads of KFC style chicken and a mountain of chips.

 

I think I'd find that easier becaus of the variety to be honest. The thing I had , had 3x2 inch chilli burgers all stacked with chicken and gammon steaks and cheese etc.

 

It was horrendous honestly. I went for the dismantle approach. I flew through the meat, then hit a wall with the bun, it was the onion rings and chips that killed me in the end.

 

Still got my face on the number 3 pub wall though. A place normally reserved for pub watch :D

Thats serious man versus food. I find I can only eat half my order at Solita these days so I'd seriously wimp out at that.

 

The buns, onion rings and fries do for me, meat no problem. In fact I reckon I could tackle a whole 10lb roast turkey if pushed as i can't leave the thing alone all xmas day and boxing day. Only the fact we had a 24lb bird and the Bolton match saved the day.

Depends on portion size though. Spuds are better than rice (white) according to my gp. Apparently rice is readily broken down and can give a higher blood sugar spike. Spuds have vitamin c and stuff.

I had a wealthy aunt with a very high powered job who was a vegan. Died far too young.

 

If we weren't meant to eat meat we wouldn't have incisors.

My old boss got in touch before the Xmas break. He was never a fat twat anyhow, but had spent the last year exercising more and lost 2 stone. December he has a heart attack, "dies" twice in the ambulance but is brought round and operated on to put a stent in. There's a moral there somewhere. Maybe.

Aye, 741 today, average seems to be around 500. I'm sure it'll settle back down to that in a couple of weeks after the "New year, new me" wankers have fucked it off for lie-ins and a full English.
