He’s an entitled, vacuous Dickensian lamp post who even Boris doesn’t trust in a ministerial position.

They've made him the head prefect where he can cause minimal damage with his Etonian dribble and snooty condescension.

One thing about him you can be sure of, he wouldn’t piss on any of us unless we were on fire in his kitchen.

In one..........

A friend of mine was at university with him. He dressed like that then and everybody thought he was a prick

Well he is your friend so that’s to be expected.

If you were to cast for a film or period drama he would be top Of the list eh. He is a stereotypical Tory or what people perceive a Tory to be

He is almost parody of himself.

That I have such intelligent friends?

Yep, correct

Even with your winning personality, you'd never make the grade.😀

Go on lad, you tell the truth 👏 👍 😉

He might well be right - but I can't help worrying that every time he opens his mouth there's another 1000 votes towards Scottish independence.

He's the living embodiment of everything the SNP are trying to paint Westminster as.

And on the flip side Ian blackford is the epitome of what everyone knows the snp are

as an aside I’ve got the Scottish budget announcement on in the background. The finance minister is weirdly telling people how much Westminster is giving in funding and then how they plan to spend it and she’s doing it in a way that’s trying to gain kudos for them. It’s all a bit bizarre.

Mate, they're leaving in their droves now 😄

Joanna Cherry made sure of that yesterday with her nonsense, and Sturgeon seems to have her in her sights now.

The infighting in that Nationalist party makes this place seem like Nirvana.

Only other etonians and curiously deferential Tory voters seem to like him.

I don’t blame him for being him, he clearly loves it and has been given every opportunity to be that way since birth. Nannied, monied, kept away from real life and stress.

What he must shake his perfectly parted head at on a daily basis, are those strange northern types who idolise him. He will have been brought up being told they’re the enemy - poor, thick, working class scallywags who would happily see him hanged and gibbeted above a filthy, cobbled street.

And yet, they endorse - nay, love - the fact he lives like he does. Doffing their caps and tugging their forelocks in the hope he may flick a farthing at them as he strides by.

You're trying too hard pal. We can all clearly see what he is like and about, but some of us actually find him very amusing. Yes, laughter, the very thing you're not keen on.

Trust and believe me when I say this - I get all the laughter I need on here.

I find Mogg as a person an amusing pastiche kept in situ to benefit the more uptight members of the Tory party who think he represents their roots and facade. (He doesn’t, most tories are decent enough folk and can see past the ploy).

Fortunately, and to his credit, Boris is keeping Mogg away from any real influence but letting him tidy the library books in the HoC. So for now he is merely a distasteful sideshow held in check whilst duping a certain sector of the Tory vote.

Its all very, very amusing.

But as always, you knew this you little tinker

He's an incredibly intelligent, well read, knowledgeable fella. Remains calm despite rantings of others.

Being from another social group may well mean he has some odd views and comes across as old-fashioned to us, however the inverse snobbery thrown back at him reflects the perverse irony of his accusers.

Not sure if he'd make a great minister, but as a parliamentarian he's worthy of a listen.

I appreciate your kind words.

I wouldn’t  say I remain calm ALL the time but you’re spot on otherwise.

No way would you make a parliamentarian. You must know this; all business would have to be suspended whilst you decided which way to vote.

I vote quickly. If anything, too hasty on the odd occasion 💪

I’m just warning you that cheese will be on a moral crusade about protecting another posters mental health. It’s what he does.

and I would say all our mental health is equally important and like to think he feels the same so I’m just waiting for him to come steaming in again. That’s all nothing more nothing less

other than that you lot carry on

Has @Cheesebeen on yet to challenge people about the mental health implications of the sustained mocking of one of our fellow posters.

Is that the 4th time you've asked that?

No first time

i asked that specific question. Just looking for consistency. I hate sanctimonious cunts and especially ones who bleat like fuck when they are the worst on here. So I suggest the cunt keeps his mouth shut in future

I would love nothing more to stamp on his fucking head to be brutally honest but that’s why I must try harder

but we tried to arrange to meet up or I did but cheese didn’t want to for some strange reason.  Puzzling why?

Think it was after he implied I wasnt safe to be around my mates kids iirc

Nicola's lot getting a bit concerned?

Ratcheting up the rhetoric in any conceivable way; maybe JRM was correct.

Aye she’s twitching. Something big is coming.

hopefully she gets punted and whoever takes over gives back taxation to westminster as under the devolved administration I’m paying over 2K a year more tax than if I lived in England. Filthy cunts.

When did all this occur? Are you sure you haven't got me confused with someone else?
