Lolll

Ive a 21st to attend this evening (virtually unfortunately) so have fun.

I said the other day the EU have fucked up here, but I’m capable of having varied opinions as we know so you’ll have to hunt elsewhere.

Miami even admitted earlier that I’d been right all along (for which I thanked him), so my work is pretty much done.

The EU have fucked up. Long live the queen. Who gives a fuck about NI??

Pleasant evenings hunting gents.

First true thing you’ve said in a while that. Good to have you back on the road to recovery. We miss spider. ❤️

Imagine signing a deal that left a trapdoor like this gaping open.

Good luck getting to your European retreats this side of July 2022

🧨🧨🧨🧨🧨🧨🧨🧨🧨

A brilliantly created trap door. A beautiful one, in the full knowledge of who would pull it?

Trump would love this trap door.

Or a pig ugly one, insisted upon by some desperate frogocrat, just in case they couldn't get their langoustines or felt they needed a huff and a scoff over something.

Maybe the UK should throw out the idea of a non political trading bloc, with both good borders and good relations, without unnecessary, overbearing legislation. Places in the far East seem to have managed it. 😗

Come on in Greece, have your old currency back, how about some vaccines for some ouzo.

Mate, I'm glad I've got a job. I'm sooo tired. I'm holding down a job and trying to do a start up in a pandemic when cultural places aren't open. I've just submitted a pitch document for a consutancy job and done my staff 121s as well as the platform strategy for our ticketing platform growth. Knackered!

I take it what the EU did today it's against your political beliefs ?

I heard that les frogs slowed the discussions between the eu and AZ because they wanted the eu to use theirs.

Unfortunately, it hadn't been made and successfully tested, and has now been scrapped.

Well done, but aside from the emotional blackmail, don't come on here tonight then fella 🤣

As a side dish, I noticed the other week you said there were no migrants in Kent.

Today, I also note they have set fire to the Napier Barracks, any comment on that ?

The Visionaries and Brexit Boys warned you liberals this would happen 🙄 🤔

Everyone of them involved in what’s happened at the barracks should be put on the first plane tonight.

At least one has popped on. Fair play.

and NiC hope the pitch is successful 👍🏼

Another one will be thinking up some lies and scrambling around for some false facts to post. Few beers and he will be here.

Do you think we will?

We play by the rules, fair play and all that. A straight bat.

Ok let's have a sensible discussion on this. I do not agree with the EU action. There is another potentially bigger story which if true could from a legal perspective be bigger and worse for the EU, in that apparently the redacted version of the contract they sent out can be read in full if you use acrobat reader, in essence the hidden sections are shown in full. If this is right it is a potential serious breach of contract, only just seen this so not 100%.

On the vaccines, let's reverse the position. We pay upfront for a supply of vaccines and have what we think are guaranteed supplies. Some of this money is used to help configure the production line of the supplier. Demand for the supply goes through the roof, the supplier informs us that our supplies are under threat. This is because someone else has a contract that is taking precedence over ours. The vaccine is produced in some cases in our boundaries but are told despite this it is going elsewhere. We think this breeches our agreement. What should we do ? Sure we would not accept an interpretation of the contract from the suppliers lawyers.

Where personally I do not understand how the EU think this will work. We have all heard how difficult the Pfizer vaccine is to look after, is it really anyone's interest to have this sat on a dock somewhere going off rather than being used?

In terms of invoking the terms of the Brexit agreement, how long since the deal was signed is not the issue. It is about the seriousness of the issue and if you are talking about a life saving virus think we would have to say that would be covered.

So in summary I think the EU have handled this badly. They only approved the vaccine today after a week of their member governments belittling the virus. They are talking about 'monitoring' supplies not blocking them but any disruption of the supply chain with a 'fragile' product has to be potentially harmful

Nah, we're too nice.

That said, if we have paid Pfizer for those vaccines, and they were to stop them, then who knows.

They were mocking Boris for overpaying for the Pfizer vaccine

They're not laughing now

Irony is, that the quicker we're vaccinated, the sooner his sector gets back to work fully. That is unless the vaccines are stolen by the eu.

I'd love it if Boris said, "look ere, chaps, we have a few spares we can help you out here." and then some latin phrase.
