Sadly they’ll never pay back the money.

There should be some way of recovering it from Directors assets.

Absolutely. They wound the company down immediately and as LTD company don't have the liability, which is appalling. They should really go to prison for large scale fraud

Why is that?

The company has been told to repay the money, and unless it's gone tits up, it will have to cough up sooner or later.

The couple also had their assets frozen in January last year too. I don't know if that's changed since, but presumably, the courts could go after them too.

Ah right, that explains things.

As above then, hopefully they can get at their assets.

I don't think they can. They've already said they'll work with the administrators to recover what they can, but the business wasn't a real business. It was set up with the sole intention of providing this set of PPE and for this contract only. Once delivered, or should I say seized at the port, they immediately put the business into Administration. I believe the UK Tax Payer even had to pay the suppliers of the goods, the tax payer had to pay the logistics company for the freight costs and the Tax payer then paid the Port/Terminal fees for all the quay rent and demurrage.

To rub salt into the wound, there was that much fraudulently sold PPE (not just from these 2 wankers), that the Port had to remove the containers from the quay uncleared in order to keep enough clear space to handle new vessel arrivals and stave off congestion (again at the tax payers expense). So many in fact that containers full of the shit were dotted all around Suffolk - Car parks, streets, caravan parks, outside supermarkets. And because there was a public safety concern over the stock inside, all of these containers had to have security.

Most the goods were finally incinerated as the shipping lines needed their containers due to a worldwide shortage of equipment (containers) that eventually led to the highest ever recorded shipping prices that sparked a worldwide cost of living crisis.

They, along with others, have a lot to answer for, which they never unfortunately will

The cost of the goods is a fraction of the overall cost to the tax payer

Ultimately, a corrupt government has to take the majority of the blame. Handing Medical contracts to party donors with no history in the field was leaving the door open for robbers while you're asleep.

Their ineptitude and greed was ruthlessly exploited by people like Mone and her husband - Who had the foresight to shift all of their assets to the Cayman Islands

Without going through all that, the government seems very confident of getting the money.

RR at conference explained how the money will be spent.

Will look stupid if it later transpires they could never get it.

As for the assets; they're believed to be around £74m. If they're still frozen, then there is a fair bit to go at.

The money they received must be around (or as material assets).

They placed some into trusts.

The cunts will have made sure as much of it as possible is unrecoverable

I've no doubt about that

I suggest you read the comments of his post for a bit more detail. That said both are half truths.

I used to really like how Neil speared all politicians of all parties equally. He is now just a shill for Viscount Rothermere unfortunately.

Covid Contracts on ITV well worth a watch. All about the PPE procurement scandal.

Some lawyer from the Good Law Project was saying Mone isn't the only bent one who should be prosecuted. There's loads more.

She's Tory but not proper Tory i.e. her working class background meant she's become the target. The legal action was started by the Tories.

And to summarise the summary, the UK is really fucking bent.

Could be either but definitely becoming more and more hysterical about Farage which might explain it.

Head office of my employer is in Hancocks Newmarket constituency so I heard quite a bit of gossip.

The Landlord of his village pub even got into the act... had a bonfire lasting for days destroying the evidence.

Then there's the Jockey Club from who he rented his constituency office... the chairlady got the initial testing contracts.

Even one of our directors at work had a go, he told me he ended up with a container full of useless Chinese aprons... told him it served him right for being a cunt.

That's the one... she is married to John Penrose who was in it with Owen Paterson of Randox fame. Also she was/is on the Board of Cheltenham Festival where covid restrictions didn't apply.

Hancock had his strings well and truly pulled by them.

It should not be forgotten that if anyone thought the appointment of Harding was dodgy they could have raised it at the time.

There was a corruption czar in place to stop shit like this. He was called……..John Penrose.

No wonder the country is in a mess.
