  • Different worlds and very different atmospheres as I suspect you know. Having been on that train back from Preston and also going to union games I certainly do.

Just been watching old video from road runner videos with Dave higson. We played Preston week after getting beat by Munich when Hughes scored. Away end at deepdale crampacked. They opened up a side te

It’s a point away from home wasn’t pretty but take it

I’d be more worried if I was a PNE fan especially being the home team

Shame we couldn’t win as burton lost but moved up a place

Happy enough with the point. Saw it out quite comfortably in the last 20 mins. Beat Reading on Tuesday and that sets us up nicely for December whatever happens at Wolves

That'll do.

I'm not knocking Gary madines recent positives, but the sooner we find an alternative the better.

The guys ok. We are ok.

We need more if we think we're stopping up.

Oh, that equals our points on the road too from 2 seasons ago - 5

Bill ken Wright has more chance of playing for Everton than that mon

Still 32 matches away in championship without a win

But a point is a good one.

Now 6 undefeated, Reading aren’t very good, and are 18th.

Need to win on Tuesday.

I enjoyed that.

Chased them first 25 mins but held on and I thought in the second half we were most likely to nick it.

I’ve no real axe with Preston.

Fucking good away point, coywm

My thoughts exactly.

Blimey that was dreadful, like watching Malta V Luxembourg or something. Good away point I suppose.

If Brentford lose at Cardiff tomorrow we'll be the only team in the division unbeaten in their last 5.

Bad performance or not tonight - the turnaround is nothing short of remarkable. Glass half full from where I'm sat!

Could have been 2 down at half time, could have nicked it with an improved second half.

Rode our luck first 20, bit shaky defending set pieces, no problems after that, second half they never threatened, we finished strong, could just have done with nicking it at the end.

Two full backs played better as game wore on, Armstrong worked hard and looked a threat at times. Henry showed tremendous discipline to still be effective after getting booked in second minute.

Not a lot else to say really other than there's a system, plan and belief, with those things and maybe a bit of quality added in Jan we've a fighting chance

We had it live on Bein Sports down here. Turgid perhaps but clean sheets make me smile.

Onwards and upwards.

Happy with a point and got home quicker than I would have done from the Macron.

just got back to the flat after a few drinks

Thought we were the better side in the second half and could have nicked it but a point away is always good

Reading Tuesday is not going to be easy but three points then and we are flying

Cant wait for Wolves next Saturday

Late finish at work meant I couldnt be there. Just finished watching the game on record. My observations fwiw

Defence - League 1 standard but Henry is the reason why we’ve stopped shipping goals and have gone 6 undefeated

Mid - Vela and Ameobi will be key to us doing anything

this season

Forwards - toothless. Really starting to struggle to see what Madine is offering us

Support looked and sounded immense. Well played all who went today

Can’t be unhappy with a point away and our undefeated run but it’s going to be a long scrap to the end of the season. We’ll be reet and stay up but it won’t be pretty

Great point tonight, still on a roll of games without defeat, got some fight in us now to escape relegation.

Blimey that was dreadful, like watching Malta V Luxembourg or something. Good away point I suppose.

It’s the sixth best league in Europe you philistine

People slag Madine off but Vela was anonymous tonight ....just saying

Good away trip though although we need to get our chanting co-ordinated .

Good point but should have nicked it .

Oh & the critisism of Robinson is wrong proper attacking fullback amen.

They won the first half and we won the second

Ameobi class apart from owt else we have got

Anybody knocking madine who was shite needs their blinkers off as vela was way worse

Not least his corners and free kicks

Oh and fcuk knows what folk see alnwick doing wrong

Watched on catch up

Feel asleep, missed most of 2nd half

Missed nothing

Good point

Similar to the last time we played there

Why did Sky bother?

Oh and fcuk knows what folk see alnwick doing wrong

Alnwick could and should have cost us 2 goals on. Was caught in no mans land from a corner and spilled a fairly low routine cross.

We got away with it and he did nowt wrong for the last hour of the game
