Eddie Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 Assuming no LB tomorrow I think I’d start with Alnwick Olkowski Wheater Hobbs Wilson Lowe Murphy Ameobi Vela Wildschut Magennis If Murphy isn’t quite up to speed then stick Vela in there and ALF behind Magennis Quote

Casino Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 This banging on about 20 quid making a difference, I don't get If it's a train away with refreshments a tenner is balls all in the scheme of things Quote
radcliffe white Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 Ok so they charge £32 like we do against Bristol 1500 tops Quote
marple whites Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 £20 makes a big difference, we don't sell well at big ticket prices. Quote

Casino Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 Saturday will easily be a ton Like I say, a tenner making a difference makes no sense It might make a difference but why Quote
radcliffe white Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 (edited) Think it’s when the premiership cap at £30 Folk probably ask why should I pay the same or more. Barnsley away last season would of sold out at £20 but the extra puts people off Edited August 2, 2018 by radcliffe white Quote

Imagine if that brum quarter final was £35. We’d have taken about 2.5k max Quote

Imagine if that brum quarter final was £35. We’d have taken about 2.5k max Just a thought and I see both sides of the argument. Your post provided a good run down of costs incurred during the day (WTF is bing ?) whether you actually go through the turnstile or go on the lash in an away town or city. Does it not come down to price elasticity i.e. willingness to pay a price for a particular product. If, nay when, Wanderers are romping away with a quality team which also makes the entire away day experience something special, it's a no brainer. Flip side over recent years, it's a thinker. Add in those with junior Whites and it soon mounts up. Barnsley charged my two lads (11 & 14) £23 each on the day (granted my fault for a last minute decision despite Baked offering to get it sorted beforehand). Glad the fekkers went down. Whatever ones view, it's just great to be born to be a Wanderer. You go, you don't, the club goes on. COYWM Quote
