Well the bit that Nixon said it was always going to be Basran or Kenyon and that Howard has been saying since he arrived TWO WEEKS AGO - that it was neither.

Mate no offence but you've claimed to have read the whole thread more than once - clearly you've obviously not followed it too well then.

I have read the thread, but Nixon's tweet sounds like a different choice to the mystery bidder. You're suggesting this new person who has come in is the same person Howard's been chatting about for two weeks.

Which is it? I'm not entirely sure.

Supposedly Alan Nixon thinks it’s him ffs

He may be sniffing as he thinks EFL will waive,  but it’s not him, he’s not discharged from bankruptcy.

He’s saying Nixon claimed it was Basran or Kenyon, both of whom I’ve ruled out previously.

He has subsequently announced this new bidder, but that bidder is not the one that I have been passing comment on for two weeks.

I’m lost! Has ken brought someone to the table to try and spook the bidders you have been talking about for weeks who have been dealing with Davies?

or different?

Ken has until 2nd April to sell to whomever he wants, howeve they almost certainly won’t be able to negotiate on the secured creditor amounts as these have been agreed to be paid in full by the original ‘mystery bidder’.

Its just Ken being Ken; Nixon has almost certainly been told by Ken or PA knowing it’ll get out.

Jules, does Howard's earlier post clarify it?

Whatever the case, I'm confident there is a buyer (at the moment at least)

No it doesn’t

He is attempting to discredit KA by saying he’s not done something that he doesn’t have to have done yet

He may well be right, but until Saturday we won’t know

It was clearly a loaded comment/statement by “Howard”.

Like much of what he says

To say the least.

Would he pass a director's test? Christ alive.

Not currently, but his bankruptcy record is not as bad as our Kens, so you never know with the EFL

Jules, you’ll probably find that the validation order the business currently trades under probably doesn’t allow for such flexibility.

That being said, the point I was making was that most businesses pay salary via BACS (I imagine you were paid in such a way too, certainly Universal Credit is facilitated in that way) and if that is the case then he would have needed to start that process today to get wages in by Friday.

But yes, in theory you are correct, Ken could make 180 Faster Payment transactions on Friday.
