Ken has until 2nd April to sell to whomever he wants, howeve they almost certainly won’t be able to negotiate on the secured creditor amounts as these have been agreed to be paid in full by the original ‘mystery bidder’. Its just Ken being Ken; Nixon has almost certainly been told by Ken or PA knowing it’ll get out.

Like much of what he says Jules, you’ll probably find that the validation order the business currently trades under probably doesn’t allow for such flexibility. That being said, the point I was making was that most businesses pay salary via BACS (I imagine you were paid in such a way too, certainly Universal Credit is facilitated in that way) and if that is the case then he would have needed to start that process today to get wages in by Friday.
