In Iles’s latest article he says

”It is understood that other parties have shown an interest in buying the club outright or purchasing debt owed to Moonshift Investments, the company previously owned by late Wanderers owner Eddie Davies.”

I’ve seen Iles mention the purchase of Moonshift debt in his tweets before when discussing with fans but can’t remember him writing about it in an article until today.

The only place I’ve seen it mentioned seriously was on here by a bloke/lady called Howard. Perhaps something is happening on that front, with one group or another.

If that is the case then I hope whoever is buying the debt has triggered the 14 day warning already as we’re less than 14 days from 8 May. Unless Ken’s already had his warning and the shares can be recalled anytime now.

Probably the best we can hope for that one of these new buyers mentioned by Iles/Nixon puts their money where their mouth is, whether that’s through Moonshift or by managing to deal with Ken.

Bassini is a fraud and admin will set us back massively.

I think the Gaspard group were potentially dealing with moonshift too. As there was confusion when the Howard group and the group Benny was aware of weren't the same.

Whoever it is I’m not bothered, my only issue is... I don’t get how Moonshift is relevant now because of their 14 day notice requirement, and it’s less than that until our next court date.

So unless they’ve already said to Ken a while ago, “this is your 14 days notice. If we sell the debt to someone else your shares will be recalled.” Then I don’t see how that’s a solution.

According to Iles its all talk at this stage, so that doesn’t sound promising. Seems the most likely route is admin or liquidation still.

Out of interest does anyone know how signing players works if we go into admin?

If we’ve got to be in admin for 3 months minimum that’s the whole summer window gone and it’s about cutting costs so surely signing new players is off the table - unless you’re offloading contracts and replacing them with lesser contracts? Eg. Get rid of one player on 10k p/w and replace with 2 players on 4k p/w.

Think he's backed both Basran and Bassini to get it with his 9p bets. Not saying he knows anything, but Gaspard were in the BN, so can't really be down as new if he's going to claim it's them.

It’s at the point where I suspect even in admin that Ken will be a major stumbling block to any sensible buy. I suspect he’s let things get so bad that it’s such a huge mess that it’s weeks for anyone to truly work our cost. Let alone submit a credible plan for EFL approval.
