Tommy Banks
My next door neighbor went to the rugby at the unibol yesterday, not sure which part of the ground. Went to get some refreshments and asked for cups of tea. Was told they didn’t have any tea. So then then asked for white coffee, was told sorry we haven’t got any milk. Benny The Ball
Just now, bwfcfan5 said: Administrators cannot continue to trade an insolvent business. So they liquidate whenever the money is gone. But on top of that in all likelihood the EFL won’t let us start the season in admin without a clear sense we can finish it. If FV are certain they can complete soon I suspect we go on. But if it’s just rolling with no assurance I suspect league step in and say they need certainty if we are to play next weekend. In my view the deal is either done early this week or liquidation is pretty nailed on. Unless someone is willing to fund the club in admin on an ongoing basis. I agree with you - I reckon we have till tuesday to get the deal done I dont think it would be quite so bad If Bury were not in the same predicament. The EFL will have to be seen to treat both clubs the same - you cannot have one rule for one and another rule for the other I read yesterday the Accrington Stanley chairman tweeting the below ( find it via Marc Iles who retweeted it ) and to be fair if you read his other comments the guy talks a lot of sense No way should an administrators 11 be allowed to start the season. @EFL have bent over backwards for @OfficialBWFC and it’s time for tough love. This has been going on for years. Sort it out NOW. Concentrate minds. Do a deal before the season starts.

bwfcfan5
The Accrington Stanley chairman is right except for saying that an admin 11 can’t start the season. That has happened before and is not the issue. The issue is that the business doesn’t have the cash to trade and meet existing commitments. If there was money to run it for next 6 months then starting under administrators really isn’t an issue.

It’s a bit chicken and egg surely the admin should put the season tickets on sale, otherwise they’ll never be any money. Selling season tickets means they become liable for the games going ahead... They’ve not even sanctioned Wycombe tickets being sold. Which speaks volumes about how financially perilous a position we are in.
Rizlar
I am really getting fed up of waiting for this sorry state of affairs to be sorted its getting ridiculous now and I am sick of waiting. The Accrington Stanley chairman is bang on.

Fact, or guesswork I'd suggest the latter Wycombe are selling tickets for a game that might not take place Why is it ok for them and not for us Theres really no reason tickets cant be sold for the away sections Just needs a will to do so

Site Supporter Spider Posted July 28, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted July 28, 2019 “Concentrating minds” doesn’t suddenly make Ken Anderson any less of a cunt. Thats no different than posting one of those whimsical, bullshit pictures on Facebook that say something like “Live, travel, do whatever you want today, life’s too short not to etc etc” all fine until the bills need paying. Just. Be. Fucking. Patient.

Guest Nordkurve
I still don't understand why the EFL haven't outlined the punishment for not playing the Brentford game. If it was a point deduction they could just get it over and done with. it makes me think it could be a hefty fine and they are waiting to fuck us over with that instead.
