The adjournment is now personal, Bassini vs Anderson. Nowt to do with BWFC anymore. (Disclaimer: at least that's what I think...) its being said the prev injunction didnt stop the sale plot thickens
Burndens Bogs Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 This is a sweaty v bassini squabble to be settled in court sept 2nd - it just lets FV continue with the purchase of BWFC imo.
DomRepWanderer Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 Iles saying a sale can go through but it's subject to potential legal issues
Escobarp Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 (edited) Injunction was preventing the sale of the club and it was predicated on their being potential detriment to to the value of the shares which LB had agreed to buy I believed Evidently the judge does not Believe a sale will cause said detriment so sale can proceed Also proves that Bassini does have some sort of a case and isn’t a complete moonman JSL im not sure FV will complete though unfortunately Edited August 14, 2019 by Escobarp

Okocha10 Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 It's not good news at all this.. not a chance FV will complete a deal with the chance Bassini could take the club back off them.

That’s my take On What this means Edited August 14, 2019 by Escobarp

Not a chance the court would decide the sale of the club can continue, then decide on sept 2nd that bassini owns the club - not a prayer.

Absolutely they can. Been done before with businesses and property sales. It’s the law sadly.

The court must be aware that the deal with FV is close to completion, but has left the door open for Bassini to have a case against KA. Bassini won’t be owning BWFC this time, but FV need to complete sharpish.

Why wouldn't they just wait until the 2nd and have some assurances?
Cheese Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 How is the hotel affected by this latest bollocks? Hasn't that been the major sticking point up to now?
