Site Supporter Tonge moor green jacket Posted July 12, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted July 12, 2019 A while ago I went to "an evening with Aggers and tuffers". With the stories they told, it would be wonderful to spend some time in the company of many a cricketer. Likewise with Nat and some of his opponents. And a shout out for our very own fishbulb for his mountain running efforts!
miamiwhite
Honourable mentions must for cricket fans go for Neil Fairbrother, Clive Lloyd, Muttaih Mullitharan and Wasim Akram Absolute legends to watch for Lancashire fans in the day. Sat next to Clive Lloyd’s nephew the other year en route to Barbados, what a nice chap he was too. Big mention too to Adam Gilchrist....he was one hell of a player. Site Supporter Biggish Dave Posted July 13, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted July 13, 2019 If we’re going off all time: Ricky Hatton Joe Calzaghe Floyd Mayweather Barry McGuigan Nigel Benn fair to say boxing is my second favourite sport. Up until recently when there stopped being many pick em fights, it was on a par with footy. If football doesn’t change its ways, I can see the day boxing takes priority
